Hello! I'm Kanabun, and I love spending my days with the 2boys and taking the time to sip a leisurely cup of coffee during the occasional bit of alone time I have.

This time, we will introduce a "mobile cafe" that will make you want to check out its opening schedule and wonder, "Where can we meet it next?" It is a pink food truck where you can enjoy specialty coffee!

Enjoy specialty coffee from a food truck! "Wagon Cafe Kiitos" (Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka City, etc.)

The food truck "Wagon Cafe Kiitos," with its distinctive soft pink body color, opened in June 2011. It is affectionately known as "Kitos," and has stores throughout Kitakyushu, Fukuoka, Shimonoseki, and other areas.

The coffee beans they use are called "specialty coffee," which refers to high-quality beans that meet set evaluation standards for taste and aroma, and are produced with strict production systems, processes, and quality control.

"Kitos" is a mobile cafe that serves coffee made with "specialty coffee beans" that have passed various rigorous inspections to bring "delicious," "thank you," and "smiles" to its customers.

They select the most delicious coffee beans depending on the season and change the water temperature to extract the most delicious coffee.

"Kitos" means "thank you" in Finnish. The owner had been fascinated by Finland since he was a child, and when he traveled there as an adult, he learned that Finland is one of the world's leading coffee-consuming countries, so he decided on the name for his food truck in Japan.

One of the popular menu items is the fluffy cream "Caramel Macchiato" (600 yen). It can be enjoyed hot or iced. You can enjoy looking at it from the time you order until it arrives.

The "Caramel Macchiato" is complete. The shape is cute too ♡ The cream is piled high enough that you'll take a second look. The coffee and cream go perfectly together. The caramel sauce adds just the right amount of sweetness.

They are particular about the type of milk they use for their "Vanilla Cafe Au Lait" (450 yen, hot/iced), and use organic soy milk for their "Organic Soy Milk Au Lait" (400 yen, hot/iced). When they serve hand-dripped coffee, they also choose the strength of the coffee to suit the customer's mood, making it "strong" or "weak."

The owner of Keyto's serves coffee every day with all his heart, wanting to make the time customers spend at Keyto's a happy one, so that he can talk to them about various things and provide them with something that suits their tastes, as the kitchen car is able to be close to the customers.
