[Kurume・Yakiniku] All-you-can-eat high-quality, exquisite meat for 120 minutes! A very satisfying menu available only on weekdays
Hello. I am Yorimichi, the owner of the blog "Yorimichi's Fukuoka Introduction," which introduces delicious restaurants in Fukuoka.
There are days when you suddenly want to eat meat, right? (Emphatic)
However, recently there has been a rush to raise prices at yakiniku restaurants.
So this time, as a self-proclaimed representative of carnivorous men, I'll be introducing some restaurants that offer good value for money!
From small groups to large groups! A spacious yakiniku restaurant "Yakiniku Hormone Hiroya" (Kurume City)
Yakiniku Hormone Hiroya is located a 5-minute walk from Nishitetsu Kurume Station.
Because of my job, I want to try as many different restaurants as possible, so I tend to prefer new places over repeating, but this was my third visit to this restaurant. I really recommend it.

The restaurant is spacious, with plenty of space between tables.
In addition to large groups, there are also counter seats, so it seems to be popular with small groups such as individuals and couples.
They also welcome families with small children. They do not have tatami seating, but you can discuss seating arrangements with them.

There are "passionate thoughts" posted on the walls.

The most notable thing about this restaurant is the self-serve "Lemon Sour Server" on the table (550 yen for 60 minutes of all-you-can-drink).
Nowadays, there are quite a few stores like this, but as far as I know, this store had been using this system since before the boom.

By the way, I often get hit by the "buf" sound that comes from these things when they're about to break.
Of course, if that happens, you can have a new barrel replaced.

In addition, each table is equipped with a roaster like this. There is a powerful exhaust fan just above the roaster, so you don't have to worry about smoke.

Weekday nights only! 120 minutes of all-you-can-eat high-quality meat
Here is the menu we would like to introduce!
Weekday night only, 120 minutes of all-you-can-eat for 3,980 yen!!
You can eat your fill of carefully selected dishes such as domestic beef, pork, chicken, innards, vegetables, kimchi, soup, and rice (last orders 30 minutes before closing). Elementary school students pay 1,990 yen, and children under elementary school age eat free. All-you-can-drink is available for an additional 2,000 yen.

Well, honestly, I know what you mean.
I think the price is about the same as other yakiniku restaurants around here.
But wouldn't it be nice to start off with the first dish, "Seared Domestic Beef Sushi"?

Of course, it's not an all-you-can-eat buffet, but you can only eat one piece per person, but it's so delicious that you'll want to eat it forever. What's more, it's grilled right in front of you.

Add wasabi and salt...

This is what melt-in-your-mouth meat is like.
I'll definitely come back just to eat this.
By the way, the a la carte menu items are priced at 330 yen per piece, so if you get hooked, feel free to order as many as you like.
There is also a unique dish called the "Fairy Tale Rice Portion" (429 yen for a single serving), which is also all-you-can-eat.

It's about three times the normal size.
There is also a record of a mischievous college student eating three bowls of this.

Moreover, it's not just the rice that's strangely presented at this restaurant. There is a menu item called "Specialty Green Onion" (495 yen for a single item) that can be enjoyed as part of the all-you-can-eat buffet, but this is only 0.5 portions.

This is what happens when you make two servings. It's completely out of desperation. It's definitely not four times the amount.

At first you might wonder how anyone could eat that much green onion, but it's mixed with sesame seeds and shiso leaves and topped with a refreshing ponzu-based sauce, so it's a pretty good dish.
Now, let me introduce the meat.
The "large chicken skin" is not cut, but a whole piece. It's very filling.

The fact that it catches fire is a cute thing. It might be better to cook it on the edge.

Dip it in the shop's original sauce,

Let's wrap it up with plenty of the ``famous green onions'' that we mentioned earlier.
This green onion is seriously so versatile!
You can eat as much fatty meat as you want without feeling guilty.

I was intrigued by the menu item "Top-quality domestic beef" so I ordered it, and it seemed like the quality of the meat was better than anything I've ever seen at an all-you-can-eat restaurant, but I'm not sure.

Cook it quickly without overcooking it.

Add a little sauce on it.

When put on rice, one bite is incredibly satisfying.
This is definitely not the kind of meat you can eat at an all-you-can-eat buffet, so this is the kind of meat I want to order.

There was also an all-you-can-eat menu with a wide variety of other meats, so I was very satisfied.
Must-eat "Large Plate of Beef Tongue"
Let me introduce one more dish. This is a single dish, but isn't the "Large Plate of Beef Tongue" (1,760 yen), which is limited to one plate per group, very impressive?

Just look at the texture of this meat. It just keeps sparkling.

After grilling one side and flipping it over, we top it with our famous green onions.

I really want you to try this bite. I will say it again, but you should definitely try the "Specialty Green Onion" (495 yen)!
Aside from the all-you-can-eat weekday nights, I think this restaurant offers good value for money for lunch and dinner. For lunch from 11:30 to 14:30 (last orders at 14:00), in addition to set menus, there is also an all-you-can-eat option (starting from 1,500 yen for 60 minutes). (Text by Yorimitsu)
