Rich soup so delicious you'll drink it all up! A popular tonkotsu ramen shop (Hakata Station South, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City)
Hello. I'm Yuri and I love ramen.
This time, we will introduce some excellent tonkotsu ramen found in the area around Hakata Station.
Opening in April 2024! A popular tonkotsu ramen restaurant, "Butanimuchu" (Hakata Station South, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City)
Butani Muchu opened on April 17, 2024, a 15-minute walk from the Chikushi Exit of JR Hakata Station, near Miyajima Crossing. This restaurant is known for its rich pork bone ramen.
In addition to counter seats,
There are table seats. It was clean and had an atmosphere that made it easy to enter even by yourself.
You order by purchasing a meal ticket from the ticket machine. It's also nice that you can pay with QR codes using PayPay and other payment methods.
The signature dish is the "Special Pork Bone Ramen" (1,000 yen).
Other popular dishes include the "Ajitama Tonkotsu Ramen" (900 yen) and "Special Rich Tonkotsu Ramen" (1,100 yen). There are various toppings available, such as "Green Onion" (100 yen), "Onion" (100 yen), and "Spicy Sauce" (100 yen), so you can customize it to your liking.
During weekday lunchtimes (11:30-14:00), we also offer a free "one extra bowl of noodles" or "one bowl of rice"! (*Only for customers who order noodles)
There were also side dishes such as "Rice" (100 yen), "TKG" (250 yen), "Fried rice" (550 yen), "BIG gyoza" (450 yen), and "Fried chicken" (400 yen).
The rich soup is superb! The creamy, odorless "Special Tonkotsu Ramen"
This time we would like to introduce the signature dish, "Special Tonkotsu Ramen" (1,000 yen), which is topped with roasted pork, egg, seaweed, and wood ear mushroom.
Its distinctive feature is the pork bone soup, which is made creamy using a whisk.
It's easy to drink and doesn't have the typical pork bone smell!
The noodles are medium-thin and slightly wavy.
If you slurp it vigorously, it goes down great! It also mixes perfectly with the soup.
It comes with 4 to 5 pieces of tender pork slices, making it a great value.
It looks like this when you add the free toppings on the table (the classic pickled ginger, spicy takana, and white sesame seeds).
The flavor is instantly improved!
Both versions, with and without toppings, were delicious, so be sure to try them both and compare them.
The seasoned egg is cooked to the perfect degree!
Mix the soft, runny yolk with the noodles and you'll experience a moment of bliss.
Before I knew it, I had finished the entire delicious soup♡
The "Special Rich Pork Bone Ramen" (1,100 yen) is also popular, with an even richer soup and medium-thick noodles.
I would like to repeat it again soon.
By the way, they serve izakaya menu items in the evenings, so it seems like a convenient place to stop by after work.
Please stop by and check it out. (Text by Yuri-chan)
