This time, I would like to introduce a cafe that opened on July 17, 2024 in Jonan Ward, Fukuoka City.

Great atmosphere! A stylish cafe along the Aburayama Tourist Road, "Plus" (Shinshoji, Jonan Ward, Fukuoka City)

Cafe "Plus" is located along the Aburayama Tourist Road, right in front of the Nishitetsu bus stop "Shimawaribashi."

The interior of the store is spacious and lined with antique-style desks and chairs.

The seats by the windows are decorated with lots of potted plants, which are very soothing.

There are also counter seats, so it's nice that even people dining alone can feel comfortable here.

At this shop, you can enjoy baked goods, desserts, drinks, and more, either eat-in or take-out.

The menu changes every day, so you'll be lucky if you find the dessert you're looking for.

Greek yogurt

You can enjoy the currently popular "Greek yogurt" (500 yen) for just one coin♪

It's just the right size, making it perfect for an after-meal treat, but it's also recommended for those who want to try a variety of sweets.

The toppings vary depending on the day, and on the day I visited, it was topped with pineapple soaked in enzyme syrup, bananas, blueberries, granola, and plenty of honey and homemade berry sauce.

The refreshing sourness of the yogurt and the sweetness of the fruit and honey make this a highly addictive dish.

Banana bread

The "Banana Bread" (400 yen) is available for take-out, but we recommend eating in as it can be heated and topped with fresh cream.

It had a moist texture and a strong banana flavor and sweetness, a taste that was loved by children and adults alike!

Caramel Chocolate Cookie

This is a "Caramel Chocolate Cookie" (220 yen per cookie).

It's filled with large chunks of chocolate, has a caramel flavor, and has a moist texture. The best thing about it is that it's not too sweet.

Recommended drinks for hot days

They have standard drinks such as "Coffee" (450 yen) and "Iced Tea" (400 yen), but we recommend the "Honey Lemon Soda" (550 yen) on hot days.

You can add vanilla ice cream to this drink for an additional 150 yen.

The balance of the sourness of the lemon and the sweetness of the honey and vanilla ice cream was exquisite, making it a flavor that made me want to gulp it down.
