Hello. I'm Momo and I love going to cafes.

This time, we will introduce you to a coffee shop in Yukuhashi city.

Roaster's Labo/Roasting Laboratory Main Branch (Yukuhashi City) is a cafe where you can enjoy more than 10 types of home-roasted coffee.

Roaster's Labo is located in a tranquil area surrounded by rice fields and houses, just a five minute drive from JR Yukuhashi Station on the Nippō Main Line.

It's a small shop with a white base and a cute logo sign as its landmark.

There are counter and table seats inside the shop, and take-out is also available.

When you enter the store, you can smell the delicious aroma of coffee.

The unique feature of this shop is that it has a large coffee roaster.

Roaster Uemori-san roasts carefully selected raw beans here, and over 10 types of coffee beans are available for sale (starting at 750 yen for 100g).

There were also caps (from 4,500 yen) and T-shirts (from 4,000 yen) with the store's logo.

There are about 10 types of coffee available in the shop, all priced at 500 yen per cup.

Even if you don't have much knowledge, you can find the coffee that suits you with the store's unique "Coffee Diagnosis"♪

You can order coffee on its own, but we recommend the set (from 1,000 yen) which also includes a selection of homemade sweets that change daily.

Daily cake set

The "Daily Cake Set" (1,100 yen) includes a different homemade sweet of the day, soft serve ice cream, coffee jelly, and a choice of coffee.

The cake on this day was "Almond Honey Tart."

This cake is a crispy tart topped with plenty of almonds, and is satisfying, sweet and delicious.

The addictive crunchy texture makes this a must-have for nut lovers.

The coffee I chose was "Premium Chocolat" from Brazil.

The refreshing taste of chocolate and cocoa flavors makes it the perfect accompaniment to sweet cakes! It seems to be very popular with women, and I personally found it very easy to drink and really liked it.

Canelé plate Coffee set

The "Canelé Plate Coffee Set" (1,000 yen) includes a canelé, soft serve ice cream, coffee jelly, and a choice of coffee.

The canelé is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and has just the right amount of sweetness, making it addictively delicious.

The coffee I chose was "Honey Oaxaca" from Mexico.

It's said to be the easiest coffee to drink, with a perfect balance between the sweetness of the honey and the bitterness of the coffee! I think it's easy to drink even for those who don't like bitter things.

A full take-out menu perfect for summer

There is also a wide selection of take-out menu items, including "Coffee" (500 yen) and "Frappes" (from 550 yen).

I tried the "Coffee Soft Serve" (400 yen). You can choose between a cup or a cone.

The milky soft serve ice cream was topped with slightly bitter coffee powder, making it a cold and delicious summer treat that was impossible to stop eating.

You can drop in just for the coffee, or relax with some coffee and sweets.
