What we would like to introduce to you today is ICHIRAN Canal City Hakata, which is reopening today, Friday, June 21st, 2024.

The menu has been updated, and we are introducing some super rare ramen that you can only get here in the world!

Reopening on June 21st! North Building basement floor "Ichiran Canal City Hakata" (Sumiyoshi, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City)

Ichiran now has numerous stores not only in Japan but also around the world.

Ichiran Canal City Hakata is the fourth store in the chain and opened in 1996. It is located on the basement floor of the North Building in Canal City Hakata.

The restaurant has 23 seats at the "Aji Shuuchuu Counter." You can check availability on the vacancy information board at the entrance.

The only place in the world where you can try the new menu item "Japanese-style Tonkotsu Ramen"

With this renewal, it seems that customers will be able to enjoy a ramen that is a little different from the "Ichiran Ramen" of the past, so I have high expectations even before eating!

The new ramen is the "Japanese-style Tonkotsu Ramen" (1,180 yen). It is not offered at any other stores, and the only place in the world where you can enjoy this flavor is Ichiran Canal City Hakata!

The dish uses a new dashi broth that "makes the most of the flavor of the ingredients," created by Ichiran's craftsmen using the Japanese cuisine techniques they have cultivated over many years.

It's lighter than the traditional "Ichiran" ramen! The soup is full of flavor, with a rich taste that's like it's packed full of umami, and it's light but not unsatisfying, with a good balance.

The noodles are made from 100% "Ramugi", a type of wheat produced in Itoshima, Fukuoka Prefecture, specifically for ramen. In addition, they use whole wheat flour, so the wheat flavor is incredibly rich! The aroma fills the air the moment you put it in your mouth.

The noodles mixed with the soup are delicious, but if you eat the noodles by themselves, you can feel the flavor of the ramen even more. Order a second or third serving and enjoy the noodles as is. This is the recommended way to eat it.

"Itoshima Ichiran no Mori Hand-rolled Roast Pork" is a masterpiece made by wrapping carefully selected high-quality pork belly and stewing it in a special sauce to make it mature. It is thick and satisfying, yet melt-in-your-mouth soft. It has a sweet taste and is super delicious...! It is served on a separate plate from the ramen, so you can add it to the soup or eat it as is. Each has a different flavor.
