This time, we will introduce the beer terrace currently being held at Hilltop Resort Fukuoka, which has received great reviews.

It's about a 15-minute walk from Sakurazaka Station on the Fukuoka City Subway Nanakuma Line, and there are also free shuttle buses running from JR Hakata Station and Nishitetsu Yakuin Station, making it easy to get to.

Hilltop Resort Fukuoka was rebranded and reopened in November 2023 from Agora Fukuoka Hilltop Hotel.

"Cool & Luxury BEER TERRACE", a stylish beer terrace overlooking downtown Fukuoka that has been popular every year, is back with an even more powerful event in 2024, opening on Friday, April 26th!

The venue is "GARDEN RESTAURANT k" on the first floor.

You can relax at a table or sofa seat (plus 500 yen per person) and enjoy delicious food and drinks while taking in the spectacular view.

Lunch is only available on weekends and holidays until October 27th (Sunday) (excluding August). It is a two-hour course from 12:00 to 14:30, and costs 5,800 yen for adults (junior high school students and older), 3,800 yen for elementary school students, 1,300 yen for children (ages 3 to preschoolers), and free for infants (ages under 3).

Dinner will be held until October 31st (Thursday). It is a two-hour system from 18:00 to 21:00 (reception begins at 17:30), and costs 6,800 yen for adults (junior high school students and older), 4,800 yen for elementary school students, 1,800 yen for children (ages 3 to preschool), and free for infants (ages under 3). You can extend the time for 1,000 yen per hour.

I visited for dinner this afternoon.

The chef grills huge chunks of meat! "Butcher's Grill"

Cool & Luxury BEER TERRACE was already well-known for its food, but it has now been renovated to offer even more delicious food.

First of all, a must-visit spot is Butcher's Grill, where a chef spectacularly grills chunks of meat right in front of you.

We have a wide selection of beef, pork, chicken, sausage, vegetables, and more.

Every time you pass by, the fragrant aroma reaches your nose, whetting your appetite.

The meat is grilled to perfection, juicy and meaty, with an irresistible flavor from the high-quality fat.

Being able to eat all this delicious meat is amazing...I'm so happy!

This year, the optional "GIBIER SET" (2,500 yen) will also be available.

You can enjoy wild boar meat from Itoshima City and venison from Kama City, both of which the chef personally visited the producers to carefully select.

Three must-try varieties of hotel curry!

The hotel curry that was well received last year is back and even better than before.

There are three types available: "Green Curry," "Butter Chicken Curry," and "Beef Tendon Black Sesame Curry."

The "Green Curry" is spicy yet irresistible with the mellowness of the coconut milk. The "Butter Chicken Curry" is made by marinating chicken in spices and simmering it with tomatoes, which even small children can enjoy. The "Beef Tendon Black Sesame Curry" is made with tender beef tendons and black sesame seeds for an adult accent.

Each has a different level of spiciness and flavor, so it's fun to mix them together!

It's also delicious when topped with meat and grilled vegetables from Butcher's Grill.

"MYO SALAD BAR" where you can enjoy 18 kinds of vegetables

Introducing "MYO SALADBAR" supervised by the Beauty Research Institute. "MYO" stands for "Make Your Own," and you can customize your own original salad from 18 types of vegetables to suit your physical condition and mood.

You can also try the dressing that contains "Bijin Kenkyusho's" original "Micro Beauty Paste."

A rich buffet prepared by a hotel chef, with delicious dishes that will make you want to try them all!

The product that particularly caught our attention was "Mashed Potatoes Mimori," a tomato-flavored mashed potato snack inspired by nuts.

The "Vegetable Spanish Omelette" is an exquisite dish that has a fluffy texture followed by the mellow flavor of eggs and the aroma of vegetables.

I picked this up casually, but was surprised by the quality!

"Salmon Yuzu Carpaccio" is a refreshing arrangement of fresh salmon.

"Spicy Marinated Pork Belly and Mizuna" has an excellent balance of sweet pork belly and spicy spiciness. The crunchy texture of the mizuna also adds a nice touch.

This year, the beer terrace will be enjoyable for both drinkers and non-drinkers, and will offer a wide range of non-alcoholic drinks, including non-alcoholic sparkling wine, non-alcoholic beer, and soft drinks.

There are about 20 types of alcoholic drinks available, including beer, wine, whiskey, and cocktails.
