We'd like to introduce you to some exciting products that will be available at a popular sweets shop at JR Hakata Station from Saturday, June 1st, 2024.

"I'm LILY" is a gift sweets shop that is "only available in Hakata in the world" (Hakata Station Central Street, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City)

"Ippin Nishidori" is a new sweets spot that opened inside Hakata Station in 2023. It is lined with popular shops, including POU UP SHOP.

One of them, "I'm LILY," is a gift and sweets shop that is "only in Hakata in the world." It is a shop that has no other stores outside of Hakata Station.

Based on the concept of "nut and butter sweets," the shop offers an attractive lineup of Western-style sweets that use butter with nuts, chestnuts, and other ingredients.

"I'm LILY," a new Hakata brand that is garnering attention, will be releasing one new product and two products that have been revamped to be even more delicious than before on Saturday, June 1, 2024.

[New item (seasonal)] Pie sandwich, pistachio and butter

Let's start with the new products.

The seasonal "Pistachio & Butter Pie Sandwich" (4 pieces for 1,296 yen) is available in a cute limited edition package with a straw hat on it.

This sweet is made by carefully layering a flaky pie crust made from French wheat and fragrant cultured butter with pistachio cream.

You can enjoy the luxurious taste that comes from the harmony of the pie texture and the fragrant pistachio cream.

[Renewed product] Galette Pistachio & Butter

Next up, two new products have been revamped to make them even more delicious.

This is the "Pistachio & Butter Galette" (1,350 yen for a pack of 5, 2,160 yen for a pack of 8).

A galette made with a crispy dough kneaded with carefully selected fermented butter and wrapped in Italian pistachio paste.

The "Guérande salt" used as an accent brings out the natural sweetness of the pistachios, making this a very gorgeous-tasting dessert.

[Renewed product] Lily's Selection 12 pieces

This is the "Lily's Selection 12-pack" (3,240 yen).

An assortment box that allows you to luxuriously enjoy the rich aroma of nuts and butter that is characteristic of "I'm LILY".

In addition to the "Pistachio & Butter Galette" (4 pieces) introduced earlier, the set also includes "Hazelnut & Butter Chocolate Sandwich Cookie" (4 pieces), "Hazelnut & Butter Financier" (4 pieces), and "Pistachio & Butter Galette" (4 pieces).
