This time, we will introduce the restaurants that were visited on the "Ah ne! Like! Broadcast" segment of "Mentai Wide."
A menu specializing in Kyushu-produced Kuroge Wagyu beef! The hot new restaurant "Niku Grill Nodaniku" in "Gardens Chihaya" (Chihaya, Higashi Ward, Fukuoka City)
Gardens Chihaya is located about a 5-minute walk from both JR Chihaya Station and Nishitetsu Chihaya Station. It is a complex that opened in April 2021.
In April 2024, the "East Building (Edion Gardens Chihaya Higashi Store)" will open, further strengthening the chain! Among them, the one we will introduce this time is "Niku Grill Nodaniku," which is attracting attention for its authentic meat at reasonable prices.
Nodaniku operates two restaurants, Meat Bar Nodaniku and Grilled Beef Tongue Nodaniku, in Hakozaki, Higashi Ward, Fukuoka City, and this is the third store. In fact, it is a meat specialty store that represents Fukuoka and Kyushu, and also exhibits at various events held at department stores across the country.
At Niku Grill No Daniku, they offer a menu that specializes in Kyushu-produced Kuroge Wagyu beef. During the day, you can enjoy grilled lunches (served on an iron plate) and rice bowls, and they are so popular that they are often fully booked even on weekdays! In the evening, they operate in a bistro style, where you can enjoy meat with wine or craft beer.
The owner himself carefully selects the Kyushu-produced Kuroge Wagyu beef. He uses his 20 years of experience to select the most delicious Wagyu beef available at any given time. The beef is never frozen from purchase to serving, so you can enjoy the fresh flavor.
The interior of the store is spacious, like a cafe.
There are counter seats that are comfortable for one person to sit at, sofa seats and table seats where you can relax, and even tatami seating which is perfect for families with children.
Lunch and dinner are the same price! "Steak" and "hamburger" allow you to directly taste the deliciousness of Wagyu beef
A popular menu item that lets you directly taste the deliciousness of meat is the "Specialty! Grilled Wagyu Lean Steak" (100g 1,800 yen, with bread or rice +300 yen).
The steak is cooked on a hot plate to the perfect rareness, giving it a soft texture and delicious meaty flavor, while being lean so it has a refreshing taste.
The sauce is an original made by the restaurant, based on soy sauce from Oita. It has a strong garlic accent and goes perfectly with the meat.
There is also a limited menu that can only be enjoyed at "Niku Grill No Daniku"! That is "Grilled Homemade Hamburger" (1,400 yen, with bread or rice +300 yen).
The surface is browned on a hot plate and the inside is cooked in an oven. The key to keeping the temperature at the center at 60-70℃ is to keep it soft and not too hard.
It is made from 100% Wagyu beef, so it is meaty and well-cooked so that you can taste the flavor of the meat when you chew it, while still retaining the fluffy texture of a hamburger steak.
It goes perfectly with the original Japonaise sauce and is so delicious you'll eat it all in one go!
Another great thing about this restaurant is that the price of steaks and hamburgers remains the same for both lunch and dinner. In addition to rice and bread, there are also set menus with salads.
There's more! A satisfying menu where you can fully enjoy Wagyu beef
It's not just steaks and hamburgers that are the focus!
This is the "100% Wagyu Beef Nodaniku Bolognese Pasta" (1,500 yen). This menu is also the same price for both lunch and dinner.
The luxurious sauce, made with plenty of chunks of Wagyu beef, can only be found at a Wagyu beef specialty store, and is topped off with a generous amount of grated Parmesan cheese.
This is the popular lunch-only menu item, "Nodaniku Donburi" (1,800 yen).
This bowl of rice combines the best parts of "Nodaniku." You can luxuriously compare three different cuts of meat.
This is "Nodaniku's Yakiniku Bowl" (large serving, 1,200 yen). It is made with the same original sauce as the steak, and is so delicious you won't be able to stop eating! The photo shows a large serving, but regular and extra large servings are also available.
