I tried Starbucks Tea & Cafe's new "Green Chai Tea Latte" on the first day it was released!

Hello! I'm Hakata Aya, a writer who loves hot information about Fukuoka.

I tried the new product from Starbucks Tea & Cafe, a brand that specializes in Starbucks tea, on the first day it was released.

The only store in Fukuoka Prefecture is the Starbucks Coffee AMU PLAZA HAKATA 2F store!

The only place in Fukuoka Prefecture that specializes in "tea": "Starbucks Coffee AMU Plaza Hakata 2F" (Hakataeki Chuo-gai, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City)

Starbucks Coffee AMU PLAZA Hakata 2nd Floor is located on the 2nd floor of AMU PLAZA, which is directly connected to JR Hakata Station (Hakata Exit side).

This store specializes in tea and is different from regular Starbucks, and opened in April 2022 as the first store in the Kyushu area.

We offer a wide variety of tea menus from TEAVANA TM, a tea brand that uses carefully selected high-quality tea leaves and botanical ingredients.

There were many products for sale that you won't find at regular Starbucks stores, such as black tea leaves! They would also make great little gifts.

The glass-walled interior of the store creates an open and airy space.

You can also see the trains coming in and out of the platform from the small window behind the staff counter.

This cup of Sencha-based tea is flavored with the aroma of green apples and the refreshing flavors of yuzu and sudachi. The moment you take a sip, you'll feel the freshness of green apples and the spicy aroma will fill your nose!

The spices used included cardamom, ginger, green pepper, and green Japanese pepper, giving it a strong spicy flavor.

The combination of the light citrus flavor and spices is novel, but it goes so well together!

It was a taste I'd never experienced before, but everything matched perfectly and it was delicious.

You can enjoy it until Tuesday, September 3, 2024 (it may be temporarily out of stock or end early).

Why not try the "Green Chai Tea Latte" which is perfect for the hot summer? Even though it's located near Hakata Station, you can spend a relaxing time here. (Text by Hakata Aya.)
