This time, we will introduce you to a "night ice cream specialty shop" where you can enjoy a new kind of ice cream, located just over an hour away from Fukuoka city!

Over 100 combinations available! Craft soft serve ice cream specialty store "AM-AM" (Omuta City)

AM-AM is located in Takuma, Omuta City, along National Route 208. The pop pink and blue exterior design is the restaurant's landmark.

This craft soft serve ice cream specialty store operates on the concept of "unbelievable amounts of toppings," and offers over 100 different combinations of sauces and toppings.

Let me introduce the five types of ice cream that I actually tried.

Overflowing with sauce and plenty of toppings! "Craft Soft Serve" with a cute round shape

You can choose from three types of base ice cream: "Milk Soft Serve," "Oat Milk Soft Serve," and "Mixed Soft Serve."

"Milk Soft" is supervised by "Premel Cake," which specializes in using high-quality fresh cream.

Apparently the balance of sweetness with the toppings was carefully considered when making it, and although it had a rich milk flavor, it had a clean, sweet aftertaste.

The "Oat Milk Soft Serve" is light brown in color and has a light, slightly sweet taste.

It is easy to eat even for those who don't like sweet things, and since it is made from oats, it is also recommended for health-conscious people.

These ice creams are shaped into balls and the surface is decorated with an original flavor.

The filling is finished by pouring sauce inside. There is plenty of sauce inside, so it overflows.

This is "Milk Soft Serve" (480 yen) x "Colorful Spray" (150 yen) x "Chocolate Sauce" (50 yen).

The texture of the colorful sprays and the sweetness of the chocolate sauce were just right, and the taste reminded me of overseas sweets.

This is "Milk Soft Serve" (480 yen) x "Strawberry Cookie" (150 yen) x "Very Berry Sauce" (50 yen).

The combination of milk soft serve and strawberry cookies creates a taste similar to strawberry milk.

The sweet and sour taste of the berry sauce inside added a nice accent to it.

This is "Milk Soft Serve" (480 yen) x "Matcha" (150 yen) x "Condensed Milk" (50 yen).

The Yame Matcha Powder gave the taste of matcha directly to the tongue. The combination of the milk soft serve and condensed milk gave it a richer sweetness and sticky texture.

When eaten together, it tasted like matcha milk and was very delicious.

This is "Milk Soft Serve" (480 yen) x "Crunchy Butter Crumble" (150 yen) x "Pistachio Sauce" (100 yen).

The butter crumble had a great buttery flavor and crunchy texture, and the pistachio sauce had a rich flavor that filled your mouth.

This is "Oat Milk Soft Serve" (550 yen) x "Mixed Nuts" (150 yen) x "Caramel & Chocolate" (50 yen).

The oat milk soft serve was light, and the sweetness of the chocolate and caramel sauces was well balanced.
