This time, we will introduce you to an excellent Chinese restaurant located in Higashi Ward, Fukuoka City.

A casual atmosphere but authentic cuisine! "Chinese Dining Groupet" (Maimatsubara, Higashi Ward, Fukuoka City)

Chinese Dining Gurupetto is located a 15-minute walk from Chihaya Station on the JR Kagoshima Main Line and a 15-minute walk from Maimatsubara Station on the JR Kashii Line.

A Chinese restaurant with a charming, homey atmosphere, based on the concept of "casual, authentic Chinese food."

This popular restaurant is run by an owner-chef with over 10 years of experience at a long-established Chinese restaurant, and is known for its reasonable prices and casual dining.

The interior of the store has a cafe-like atmosphere that makes it easy for people to enter alone, and it is clean.

The background music was all Chinese pop music, so I felt like I was in China (laughs).

Authentic Chinese cuisine with a focus on richness and flavor! A delicious lunch that's sure to please!

This time I visited for lunch.

This is the standard "Lunch Set" (990 yen). You can choose between tantan noodles or Chinese porridge for the main course, and I chose tantan noodles. It comes with three appetizers, a mini salad, and a small dish.

Dandan noodles come in six different spiciness levels: "0.5 spicy" (mild), "1 spicy" (normal), "2 spicy" (+50 yen), "3 spicy" (+80 yen), "4 spicy" (+110 yen), and "5 spicy" (+150 yen).

First, I ordered the basic level of spiciness (normal).

Your anticipation will be heightened by the aroma you can smell the moment it is brought to your table.

The medium-thin curly noodles mix well with the soup and are delicious!

The aroma of sesame is irresistible.

It's rich but not too heavy, and the fried onions, which have a different fragrant flavor to the sesame, are a great supporting role.

The meat miso is seasoned sweetly with sweet bean paste, so it is recommended for those who don't like spicy food.

The small dishes on this day were marinated Chinese cabbage, steamed chicken with black sesame sauce, and tofu and pickled mustard greens. The small dish was fried chicken with sweet and sour sauce.

This is the "Yulin Chicken Set Meal" (990 yen). It comes with a mini salad, soup, and rice.

The irresistibly crispy yulin chicken is thick and juicy. The deep-fried chicken is seasoned with ginger and the secret ingredient of the special yu-lin sauce, the green pepper, gives it a great flavor.

The sauce has a refreshing sourness and isn't too heavy, so you can keep eating it until the very last bite.

Another plus is that they are cut into bite-sized pieces, making them easy to eat.
