[Tenjin Underground Mall New Store] A very satisfying and popular lunch spot! Salad Bowl Specialty Store (Fukuoka City)

We'd like to introduce you to a popular store that just opened in the southern area of Tenjin Underground Mall (commonly known as Tenchika)!

Convenient for lunch! Salad bowl specialty store "WithGreen Tenjin Underground Mall Store (WithGreen)" (Tenjin, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City)

As the first part of its renovation, the southern area of Tenjin Underground Mall (on the Tenjin Minami Station side of the Nanakuma Subway Line) saw the opening of several new restaurants in March 2023. On Friday, March 29, 2024, WithGreen, a Tokyo-based salad bowl specialty store, joined the area!

This is the second store in Fukuoka Prefecture, following the "AMU Plaza Hakata store."

Inspired by the New York habit of eating a salad bowl for lunch, the concept of "WithGreen" is a satisfying "main dish" salad with just one serving.

You can choose from a variety of toppings and dressings to suit your taste, including meat, brown rice, and a focus on carefully selected seasonal domestic vegetables.

You can also order takeout and enjoy it at home or in the office. You can also purchase takeout from the street without having to go inside the store.

Healthy yet satisfying! A salad bowl that can be a main dish in one bowl

The menu includes a "Custom Salad of Your Choice" (S 890 yen and up / M 990 yen and up / L 1,090 yen and up) where you can choose 5 toppings and a dressing, as well as a "Standard Menu" that combines recommended ingredients and a "Seasonal Salad" that appears every two months. Toppings and dressings can be freely changed for all menus.

Pictured in the upper right corner below is the signature dish "Herb Chicken and Colorful Vegetable Salad" (S 1,190 yen / M 1,290 yen / L 1,390 yen), which is a must-try on first visits.

On the top left is the "Gizzard and Bean Sprout Namul Salad" (S 1,090 yen / M 1,190 yen / L 1,290 yen). It may seem like an unexpected combination, but it seems to be popular with repeat customers!

In the center is the "Red Chili Chicken Cobb Salad" (S 1,290 yen / M 1,390 yen / L 1,490 yen). It's a popular, colorful, high-protein, low-carb dish.

On the bottom left is the "One Day's Worth Whole Salad with 10 Types of Vegetables" (S 1,290 yen / M 1,390 yen / L 1,490 yen), which contains 350g of the vegetables you need each day. It's very filling.

From the left, "Spring Cabbage and Smoked Chicken Salad" (S 1,290 yen / M 1,390 yen / L 1,490 yen) and "New Potato and Spicy Keema Curry Salad" (S 1,190 yen / M 1,290 yen / L 1,390 yen).

On this day, I ordered the "Spring Cabbage and Smoked Chicken Salad" for takeout.

In addition to spring cabbage and smoked chicken, it contains carrots, apples, and marinated onions.

Fresh, crunchy and sweet spring cabbage with the aroma and flavor of carefully seasoned smoked chicken.

The sourness of the marinated onions and the sweetness of the apples. Everything was perfectly balanced and delicious! It was a very satisfying taste.
