Robata and Oden Koronagirai Kokura Ekimae Branch is located about a 6-minute walk from JR Kokura Station and about a 1-minute walk from Heiwadori Station on the Kitakyushu Monorail.

For an appetizer fee of 550 yen, you can eat all you can of 9 kinds of oden for 120 minutes!

There are a total of nine different types of oden to choose from.

You can enjoy all-you-can-eat daikon radish, konnyaku, hanpen (fish cake), egg, fried tofu, shirataki (fried octopus noodles), shumai (steamed dumplings), and satsumaage (fried fish cakes) for 120 minutes (last orders at 90 minutes).

The soup is infused with dashi and is delicious! I can understand why people would want to return for this dish again and again.

5 kinds of sashimi

This restaurant is known for its oden, but the first dish that really showed the chef's passion was the "Sashimi platter of five pieces" (1,580 yen per portion, can be ordered for two or more people). It's a dish you definitely want to order.

On this day, there were five types of sushi: sea bream, tuna, salmon, black fin, and yellowtail. The ingredients were thick and very fresh.

Salmon and salmon roe sushi

The "Salmon and Salmon Roe Oyako Sushi" (858 yen) is a rolled sushi topped with plenty of salmon and salmon roe!

It comes with 6 pieces, so it's recommended to share.

Snow crab and sea urchin gem sushi

When it was brought to me, I was surprised by the "Jewel of Snow Crab and Sea Urchin Nigiri" (1,078 yen).

Snow crab and sea urchin are generously placed on top of the kappa roll, making it absolutely delicious!

The "Coho Salmon with Grated Salmon Roe" (968 yen) is made with fatty coho salmon grilled to perfection and topped with plenty of salmon roe! The harmony between the salmon and the salmon roe is irresistible, making it a very satisfying dish.

"Angel Shrimp Skewer" (528 yen per fish) is a dish that allows you to enjoy the sweet taste of "Angel Shrimp" in a hearty manner.

You can eat the whole shell, so you can fully enjoy the deliciousness of the shrimp.

Deep fried chicken

The "Fried Young Chicken Jan" (858 yen), topped with plenty of vegetables, is also a dish that goes well with alcohol.

The thick, moist steamed chicken was so delicious that I kept eating it.

Fresh Fruit Sour

The drink I ordered this time was the "Fresh Fruit Sour" (638 yen).

There were five varieties available; lemon, grapefruit, kiwi, strawberry and pineapple. I ordered the strawberry, pineapple and kiwi.
