A photogenic space that looks picturesque no matter where you look! "Hana Cafe Kokia" (Tokuyoshinishi, Kokuraminami Ward, Kitakyushu City)
Hana Cafe Kokia is located about a two-minute walk from the Nishitetsu bus stop "Tokumitsubashi." The shop will celebrate its seventh anniversary on July 8, 2024.
It is located in a section of "VIGOR Town" and has a spacious free parking lot, so it is convenient for traveling by car.

There are also many small items and accessories for sale, so you can have fun searching for your favorites while you wait for your meal to arrive after ordering.

Once you step outside the shop, you'll find terrace seating, so it looks like it would be nice to enjoy a relaxing cafe time outside on a sunny day!
Pets are also allowed on the terrace.

When the restaurant first opened, it mainly served meals such as lunch, but in response to customer feedback that they wanted to eat sweets in this space, they developed a sweets menu.
It has become a very popular menu item due to its authentic flavor, but it was developed after many trial and error attempts.
Apparently inspired by the miscellaneous goods and flowers in the store, the cuteness of the desserts is superb! Enjoying delicious and cute desserts in a photogenic space is an unbelievable pleasure.

Now on for a limited time only! "Amaou Fair" with a wide selection of adorable sweets
Currently, the "Amaou Fair" is being held, where various sweets made with Amaou strawberries are available (scheduled to end around mid-April to late April, with a date to be determined). I'd like to introduce the sweets I tried.
FLOWER Parfait
The "FLOWER Parfait" (2,200 yen each) is made using approximately one pack of Amaou strawberries.
There are two varieties: "Amaou Cream First Love" and "Amaou Tiramisu Love."

Not only does it have a beautiful flower-inspired appearance, but it is also a masterpiece that shows careful craftsmanship in the details, such as the cream and sauce.
It was a very satisfying parfait with a good amount of volume.
Amaou "Bouquet"ful
Amaou "Bouquet" waffle (2,200 yen) is a waffle that looks like a bouquet of flowers.
The original dough with a gentle taste was superb! The homemade syrup, fresh cream, and Amaou strawberries were all delicious and I was impressed.

The waffle batter has a strong milky flavor, so the fresh cream has a light, refreshing taste. By the way, the cream is apparently changed to suit the dessert.
The chewy dough and fresh strawberries went perfectly together.
"Hako Parfait" Amaou
A new Amaou version of the popular dessert "Hako Parfait" is now available!
"Hako Parfait Amaou" (1,300 yen) is a masterpiece that highlights the sweetness of Amaou strawberries.

The exquisite sweetness was carefully calculated to ensure that it was delicious down to the last bite! This parfait is not only photogenic like a jewel box, but also has an authentic taste. I was impressed!
Amaou mousse
"Amaou Mousse" (680 yen) is like a blooming flower.
The mousse in the middle was packed with the flavor and texture of strawberries themselves, a taste that only comes from using a generous amount of strawberries.

The cutely decorated "muffins" (440 yen each) come in two flavors: "Amaou x Fresh Cream" and "Amaou Cream."

Kanure
The "Canelé 2-piece Set" (680 yen) comes in two flavors: "Plain x Strawberry Chocolate" and "Coffee x White Chocolate."
It's crispy on the outside and soft and moist on the inside, making it as delicious as any specialty shop.

Amaou Tapioca Milk
"Amaou Tapioca Milk" (680 yen) is a drink packed with the deliciousness of strawberries.
It was milky yet had an exquisite sweetness that was not too sweet! It was extremely satisfying.
