Hakata Motsunabe Yamaya is a Hakata Motsunabe specialty restaurant chain with 35 locations nationwide, but the Myung store is the first "merchandise specialty store" in the country.

This is the popular "Hakata Motsunabe" (2,970 yen). This motsunabe is made using 100% domestically produced offal, and is said to be as close as possible to the taste served at the "Hakata Motsunabe Yamaya" store.

The menu includes "Motsunabe with soy sauce and flying fish dashi" and "Motsunabe with rich miso flavor" (700 yen each). For an additional 100 yen, you can add "champon noodles" to each.

The speed at which it is served is just a few minutes after ordering, which is an appealing feature of this station. The cup was large and heavy!
When you open the lid, you'll find a single portion of motsunabe inside...! The aroma of motsunabe wafts through your nose, whetting your appetite even before you start eating.
Inside is a large piece of motsu! The weight of the motsu is well seasoned and delicious!
It's also full of vegetables, so it's very filling. The rich miso and the plump tripe go perfectly together, making it easy to eat. It comes in a cup, but it doesn't cool down easily and stays hot until you finish eating.
