ROOTH FUKUOKA is a popular donut shop that is also known for its museum-like interior. The strawberry donuts, a seasonal menu item that is so popular that there are always long lines, will be available again this winter from December 15th.

ROOTH FUKUOKA is located in Daimyo, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City. It is about a four-minute walk from Akasaka Station on the Subway Kuko Line, and is located along Taisho-dori Street, making it easily accessible.

The main store is "ROOTH2-3-3," a donut specialty store located in a brick warehouse building in Omuta.

Once you step inside the store, you'll feel like you're in a museum! The white-based space is decorated with painting-style illustrations, making it very photogenic.

The donuts lined up in the back of the store are like works of art. They're stylish and make you want to stare at them forever.

Available for a limited time only! A special strawberry donut that is popular every year

This is a strawberry donut that will be available for a limited time from December 15, 2023 to March 2024.

"Amaou QUEEN" (580 yen, photo left) is a donut topped with raspberry powder, topped with custard and a large Amaou strawberry.

The strawberries, which look bigger than a donut, are "Amaou" strawberries grown with great care, starting with the soil sourced from "Uruu Farm" in Kurume City. They are so sweet that even when eaten with the sweetness of a donut, the sweetness outweighs the sourness! The taste of strawberries fills your mouth.

By the way, the strawberries from Uruu Farm are certified as "Fukuoka Eco Agricultural Products," a certification standard that requires special cultivation that uses less than half the amount of conventional chemical pesticides and fertilizers!

"Amaou KING" (620 yen, photo right) is made with 100% Amaou juice, which is poured over the top with a dropper. The white chocolate mousse between the donut and strawberry is made with condensed milk, making for a very smooth taste. It goes perfectly with the sweet and sour taste of the fresh strawberries!

The boxed set is also recommended as a gift.
