[New and popular store in Tenjin] Opening tomorrow, December 8th! "ON SUGAR" (Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City), whose donuts are extremely popular

A takeout specialty store of ON SUGAR, a popular donut and bakery in Yakuin, will open in Tenjin.

On Friday, December 8th, "ON SUGAR" opens at Fukuoka Mitsukoshi! (Tenjin, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka)

"ON SUGAR" is a donut and baked goods shop that opened in Yakuin in 2019 and offers malasada donuts, baked goods, cakes, coffee, and more.

All of the sweets are handmade in the store, and they use carefully selected ingredients such as flour from Hokkaido, sugar from Tanegashima, and organic oil.

Tomorrow, Friday, December 8, 2023, the second take-out only store will open on the food floor on B2F of Fukuoka Mitsukoshi.

Malasada doughnut

ON SUGAR's signature item is the Malasada Donut (plain 345 yen, cinnamon sugar 356 yen, custard cream 410 yen).

Malasadas are a popular Hawaiian sweet. At ON SUGAR, they use natural yeast dough that is left to ferment for a long time and then fried in organic oil.

The chewy texture and sweetness of the ingredients are irresistible!

cinnamon roll

The "Cinnamon Roll" (313 yen), made with the same special dough as the malasadas, is also worth trying.

It's luxuriously flavored with plenty of cinnamon! It tastes even better if you warm it up a little just before eating.

Cookies

There are also a variety of baked goods available, including "Chocolate Chip Cookies" (345 yen), "Raspberry Jam Cookies" (345 yen), "White Macadamia Cookies" (367 yen), "Pecan Sandy Cookies" (367 yen)... all carefully handmade.
