Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City will fully open in June 2023.

The Pizzeria da Gaetano Daimyo branch that we will introduce this time is located on the first floor facing the lawn plaza.

Pizzeria Da Gaetano was opened in Fukuoka by Japanese owner Shitama Tomohide, who trained at the famous pizza restaurant Da Gaetano in Naples, Italy, and is the only person in the world allowed to inherit the restaurant's name.

It is so popular that there are often long lines, making it a pizza restaurant that truly represents Fukuoka. There are currently three stores in operation: Yakuin, Hakata, and here in Daimyo.

The interior of the Daimyo store is spacious! The windows are large, creating a very open atmosphere.

With greenery visible beyond the window, the space feels like an oasis in the city.

The only authentic Neapolitan pizza in the world that bears the name "Gaetano"

The pizza is baked in the shop's special wood-fired oven. Among the many menu items, the one we highly recommend is the "Pizza Gaetano" (2,508 yen), named after the shop.

The refreshing acidity and juiciness of fresh tomatoes, combined with the richness of cheese and savory flavor of ham, create a delicious juicy treat!

And best of all, the fragrant aroma from the wood-fired oven and the crispy exterior and chewy texture of the dough are the best.

On weekdays, there is also a "lunch set" that includes pizza or pasta with salad, appetizer, and drink. *This may not be available during the New Year holidays.

In addition to the wide variety of pizzas, there are also a la carte dishes such as the "Blatina Cheese Caprese Topped with Prosciutto" (4,972 yen) and "Gaetano-style Marinated Seafood Platter" (1,980 yen).

It has a smooth and creamy texture, and the milky sweetness and richness of the cheese is amazing. Even if you're full from the pizza, this is a dish you'll want to keep for another meal.
