Ramen Stadium celebrates its 22nd anniversary! Limited-time special ramen available (Canal City Hakata)
We bring you event information that ramen-loving Fukuoka residents can't miss!
For a limited time only, Ramen Stadium will be offering a special ramen that can only be eaten at this time of year.
[November 18th to December 17th, 2023] Ramen Stadium 22nd Anniversary Festival
Ramen Stadium is located on the 5th floor of Center Walk in Canal City Hakata.
The Ramen Stadium 22nd Anniversary Festival will be held from Saturday, November 18th to Sunday, December 17th, 2023.
The highlight is the "Special Ramen" that will be available at six stores and can only be enjoyed during the anniversary festival! We will introduce each one of them.
[Ramen Kurume Honda Shoten] Honda Ramen No. 27 "Mixed Saburo"
"Ramen Kurume Honda Shoten" is a talented restaurant in Kurume, said to be the birthplace of tonkotsu ramen.
This special ramen is "Honda Ramen No. 27 'Mazemaze Saburo'" (1,000 yen), a mixed soba version of the classic soy sauce pork bone ramen "Honda Saburo."
This is an excellent dish that uses locally produced ingredients, including domestic roast pork.
[Ramen Nibou] Grilled marinated meat tantanmen
Ramen Nibou is a restaurant that takes pride in its mellow, odorless pork bone soup.
This special ramen is the "Seared Marinated Meat Dandan Noodles" (1,000 yen), a version of the "Pork Bone Dandan Noodles" that is only available at Canal City and is topped with a large piece of pork slices.
To bring out the flavor, the surface of the meat is seared just before serving.
[Ninanbou second pork bone tsukemen ando] ando's extra thick bibim noodles
A sister restaurant of Ramen Ninobo, "Ninobo Second Tonkotsu Tsukemen and."
The once hugely popular mixed noodles are back as a special ramen, "Ando's Extra Thick Bibim Noodles" (1,000 yen)!
This bowl of ramen features thick noodles coated in kimchi sauce and pork bone soup, matched with sweetly simmered pork and spicy kimchi.
[Original Tomato Ramen Sanmi] Original grilled tomato ramen with vegetables and seafood
"Original Tomato Ramen Sanmi" is a hot topic on social media.
The signature dish, "Original Tomato Ramen," has been combined with "Yaki Ramen," a familiar flavor from Hakata food stalls!
Brand tomatoes and aromatic vegetables are grilled until golden brown in a slow-cooked soup and special sauce to create the "Original Grilled Tomato Ramen with Vegetables and Seafood" (1,000 yen).
[Rich Chicken Salt White Soup Ramen Hotategoya] Rich Chicken Salt White Soup Miso Ramen
"Noukou Tori Shio Paitan Ramen Hottategoya" is a specialty store for chicken salt white soup ramen with its main store located in Nogata, Nishi-ku, Fukuoka city.
The special ramen "Rich Chicken Salt White Soup Miso Ramen" (1,300 yen) is made with 100% pure chicken salt white soup blended with red miso paste. It is topped with plenty of corn, boiled eggs, and roasted chicken breast pork.
[First Generation Hide-chan] Fusako's Chanpon
"Shodai Hide-chan" is a popular restaurant serving rich, "original betta-style" pork bone broth.
"Fusako's Chanpon" (1,300 yen a la carte, 1,500 yen as a set) is a special ramen that recreates the champon that the owner's mother used to make.
The pork bone-based soup is mixed well with the "99 Noodles," which are made from whole-wheat brown rice noodles made from 99% Akitakomachi rice.
