Have the ocean view all to yourself! "Itoshima Seaside Restaurant Itohan Shokudo" (Imazu, Nishi-ku, Fukuoka City)

This time we will introduce "Itoshima Seaside Restaurant Itohan Shokudo", which opened in April 2023 in Imazu, Nishi-ku, Fukuoka City. It is located on the seafront, about 30 minutes by car from the center of Fukuoka City and about 15 minutes by car from JR Imajuku Station. There is a free parking lot in front of the restaurant, so it is convenient to come by car.

If you are using public transportation, it is a 1-minute walk from Oharabashi Station on the Showa Bus Nishinoura Line.

The interior of the restaurant is based on white, and with 150 seats including the terrace seating, it can accommodate large groups.

The terrace seats are a highlight, offering a magnificent view of the ocean.

The counter seats closest to the sea have no obstructions, making you feel like you have the view all to yourself.

The melting texture is irresistible! Enjoy the exquisite raw tuna rice bowl

The signature dish here is the "Seafood Bowl Set Meal" which comes with miso soup and chawanmushi.

The donburi options include the "Seafood Donburi" (1,880 yen), which changes depending on the day, the "Salmon Donburi" (1,880 yen), the "Salmon Avocado Donburi" (1,880 yen), the "Salmon Salmon Roe Donburi" (2,000 yen), the "Special Fresh Bluefin Tuna Donburi" (2,400 yen), the "Fatty Tuna Donburi" (2,200 yen), and the "Fatty Tuna Donburi" (2,000 yen). On this day, we ordered the "Fatty Tuna Donburi Set Meal" and the "Special Fresh Bluefin Tuna Donburi Set Meal" (from the top of the photo).

It has no unpleasant odor and is delicious because it is "raw". It is well-fleshed with fat and has a sweet taste. It melts in your mouth the moment you put it in, and the taste is heavenly.

The portions are also generous, and being able to enjoy them in this location is the ultimate luxury.

Check out the weekday-only menu!

In addition to the seafood bowl, you can also enjoy set menus only on weekdays from 11:00 to 15:00. There are four types: "Fried Chicken Thigh Set Meal" (1,880 yen), "Chicken Nanban Set Meal" (1,980 yen), "Fried Oyster Set Meal" (1,980 yen), and "Arasuki Set Meal" (1,200 yen). It comes with miso soup, chawanmushi, sashimi, a side dish, and pickles (sashimi and side dishes are not included with the Arasuki Set Meal).

This is the "Fish Taki Set Meal." It's full of volume, with plenty of good "fish bones." The flavor is soaked in, it's perfect for eating with rice.
