A very popular store has opened near Canal City Hakata! A store specializing in a wide variety of exquisite cheesecakes (Sumiyoshi, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City)

Hello♪ I'm chippachapus and I love going to cafes.

This time, we will introduce "CHEESECAKE Lemon HAKATA", which just opened on September 7, 2023!

The second branch of this popular store! Take-out specialty store "CHEESECAKE Lemon HAKATA" opens (Sumiyoshi, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City)

CHEESECAKE Lemon HAKATA is located right next to Canal City Hakata in Sumiyoshi, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City.

This is the second store of CHEESECAKE Lemon, a cheesecake specialty store located in Beppu, Jonan District, Fukuoka City, and the Hakata store is a takeout specialty store.

The shop is surrounded by greenery, so the interior theme is green. The moment you enter, the green tiles catch your eye.

There are about 15 kinds of cheesecakes lined up in the showcase.

There are more varieties than at the Beppu store, and most of the items are exclusive to the Hakata store. Apart from the standard items, there are two or three different types that change daily, not just seasonally.

Here are some of the cheesecakes I've actually tried and recommend.

Also noteworthy is the new product! Once you try it, you'll be hooked on this cheesecake!

The cheesecakes made by the owner, who is a pastry chef, are also very cute in appearance.

There is a triangular "cheesecake" and a square "cheese terrine".

First up is our recommended "Tiramisu" (680 yen).

It is layered with fluffy cream, cocoa sponge, mascarpone cheese and more cocoa sponge, and topped with a generous amount of espresso.

The cream was light and fluffy, the mascarpone cheese had a strong milky taste and a bouncy texture. The slightly bitter cocoa and espresso added a nice accent to the flavor, making it very delicious.

This is the "Mikan Rare Cheesecake" (620 yen).

Each slice contains a whole mandarin orange.

The moment I took a bite, the sweet and sour, refreshing flavor of mandarin oranges spread across my mouth.

This is the "Peach and Earl Grey Rare Cheesecake" (620 yen).

The fragrant Earl Grey dough is filled with chunks of peach pulp. This product will only be available while supplies last.

The combination of juicy and sweet peach, sweet and sour cheese, and the fragrant Earl Grey gives it an overall refreshing taste.

The cream on top was also fluffy and had a very light texture.

A wide lineup from classics to new creations! "Cheese Terrine" with an irresistible smooth texture

"Cheese terrine" has a smoother texture than cheesecake.

You can enjoy a wide range of flavors, from classic flavors that can be enjoyed at the Beppu store to new flavors exclusive to the Hakata store.

This is a new autumn item: "Sweet Potato Terrine" (480 yen).

It is said to have a smooth texture that allows you to fully enjoy the texture and flavor of the sweet potato.

Although it had the rich flavor that is unique to sweet potatoes, it wasn't too heavy and was so delicious that I could eat it all in one go.

This is "Cookies & Cream" (480 yen).

The vanilla is slowly simmered to bring out its rich aroma, and then the dough is mixed with plenty of cocoa cookies and baked.

The creamy dough and moist cocoa cookies are perfectly balanced, making for an addictively delicious treat. I wanted to eat several of them!

This is the Beppu store's signature dish, "Classic Lemon" (460 yen).

This cheese terrine is made with egg yolks, lemon peel, and white chocolate kneaded into the dough, focusing on smoothness and softness.

Another popular item at the Beppu store is the "Yame Matcha and White Chocolate" (480 yen).

This item combines matcha from Yame with white chocolate from France.

The matcha aroma and flavor was strong, with a slight creaminess to it.
