This time, we will introduce you to a wonderful cafe in Iizuka City that you will want to visit again and again once you go.

Enjoy yourself freely! Stylish hidden gem cafe "Easyland" (Iizuka City)

Cafe Easyland opened in December 2017 and was renovated in March 2023.

Inside the cafe space called "Easyland" you'll find a roasting room called "Eravel Coffee Roasters" and a hot dog specialty store called "FRANK!"

5 minutes by car from JR Shin-Iizuka Station.

There are seven free parking spaces, so it's convenient to go by car. If the parking lot is full, there seems to be a lot where you can park, so please ask.

It is open as an evening cafe from 7:30pm to 11:30pm on weekdays, and from 1pm to 11:30pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

As soon as you step inside the restaurant, you will see a sparkling and beautiful terrace seating.

The concept is "sketch and build." The owner says, "I want people to enjoy themselves freely and with intellectual curiosity, just like painting a picture on a canvas."

Create your own original blend! "Eravel Coffee Roasters"

One of the most impressive areas in the store is the roasting room, Eravel Coffee Roasters, located behind a hollow wall.

Apparently they renovated the shop this year in order to create this roasting room.

Inside, there are about 50 types of raw beans carefully selected by the owner from all over the world.

Here you can choose your favorite beans, roast them however you like, and create your own blend, allowing for endless possibilities.

The roasting time is approximately 5 minutes, the fastest in the industry.

The price of roasted beans varies by gram, with 950 yen for 100g and 1,500 yen for 200g (if you buy raw beans, it costs 650 yen for 100g).

Most of the coffee beans are specialty coffee, and the prices are apparently quite reasonable.

A famous hot dog that will amaze everyone!

Here you can eat the ultimate hot dog, which is the realization of the owner's dream of "making a hot dog that will amaze everyone!"

There are three types of hot dogs. If you order one with a drink, you'll get a 300 yen discount.

Choi-Waru Chili Dog

The recommended menu item is "Choi-Waru Chili Dog" (1,100 yen).

A chili dog made with frankfurter sausage and ground meat in chili sauce.

When you lift it up, you'll be surprised at how heavy it is!

The mellow flavor of the cheddar cheese and cream cheese and the spicy accent of the jalapeno are irresistible!

I was also impressed by the juicy sausage and the deliciousness of the bun, which was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

This is a wild hot dog that you'll be hooked on once you try it.

Hot Dog

The classic "Hot Dog" (950 yen) comes with your choice of nine sauces: "ketchup & mustard," "ketchup only," "mustard only," "mustard & relish," "BBQ," "Cajun spice," "thick," "taco," or "salsa" (ketchup & mustard will be served if no other sauce is requested).

You can really taste the deliciousness of the frankfurter sausage and bun. There's also plenty of onions, carrots and other vegetables, and the tartness of the sauerkraut is just right.

Franky Special

This is the herb-scented gourmet hot dog "Franky Special" (1,100 yen).

This Hot Dog dish is topped with special herbs, pastrami ham, cheese, onion chips, and special sauce.

Mint Mojito

This shocking looking drink is the limited edition "Mint Mojito" (750 yen).

The cafe au lait has an original blend and is topped with lots of mint that the owner grows without using pesticides. Every table erupted in cheers the moment the drink was served (laughs).

The sweetness of the cafe au lait and the refreshing taste of the mint are a perfect combination, and you'll be surprised by a sensation you've never experienced before.

It will be available from the end of September to early October, so be sure to get yours soon!

Cafe Mocha

"Cafe Mocha (HOT/COLD)" (750 yen) is an original blend of espresso with chocolate added (the photo below shows the COLD version).

The bitter espresso and sweet chocolate have an exquisite balance. It has a slightly mature yet approachable flavor (the photo below shows the hot version).

There are also many other carefully selected coffee options on the menu, so you can choose from a wide variety to suit your tastes.

Of course, in addition to coffee, we also offer herbal teas and juices.

Cheesecake

There is also a wide selection of sweets on the menu, including churros, ice cream, and cakes.

The "Cheesecake" (750 yen) is slightly smaller so that it can be easily eaten even by those who visit after a meal. It has a rich flavor that goes well with coffee.

The cheesecake goes well with the original blend "Abir" (650 yen), which has been available since the cafe first opened.

This is a taste that the owner remembers from when he first started working in the coffee industry in San Francisco, and he says that it expresses the taste that "this is what coffee should taste like!"
