Here we introduce some cool sweets that are perfect for beating the heat!
You can also use it as a cafe at night! Popular sweets specialty store "Betsubara." (Uomachi, Kokurakita Ward, Kitakyushu City)
Betsubara is a popular cafe that has captivated the hearts of sweet tooths since it opened in 2012. It is conveniently located about a 7-minute walk from JR Kokura Station and about a 3-minute walk from Kitakyushu Monorail Heiwadori Station.

Sweets are a separate stomach! This name was chosen with the hope that people would eat them at the end of the day.
It's open until 1:00 a.m., making it an attractive night cafe where you can enjoy authentic sweets until late into the night.

Strawberry Milk
The classic "Strawberry Milk" (1,100 yen) is sure to be delicious just from its appearance.
It is covered in plenty of fruit sauce and domestic strawberry sauce, and is topped with fresh strawberries!

The shaved ice is topped with plenty of milk sauce, making for a perfect match between the sourness of the strawberries and the sweetness of the milk!
It also had strawberry ice cream inside, which was irresistible for me as a strawberry lover.

mango pine
"Mango Pineapple" (990 yen) made with mango sauce, yogurt sauce, and pineapple syrup. It's great that this luxurious combination of mango and pineapple is less than 1,000 yen.
The sweet mango goes perfectly with the sourness of the yogurt and pineapple! It has a light, refreshing taste.

It is also luxurious as it uses plenty of mango pulp and pineapple pulp.
There was yogurt ice cream inside, so it was delicious right to the end.

Other flavors include "Berry Pistachio" (1,200 yen) and "Chocolate Banana" (990 yen).
"Berry Pistachio" is a shaved ice topped with berry sauce, pistachio ganache, and pistachio sauce, wrapped in meringue, and toasted on the surface. The texture is what catches your attention!

The "Chocolate Banana" is made with chocolate sauce, milk sauce, and banana sauce, and is modeled after the chocolate bananas found at festivals. It also has banana ice cream inside.
