This time, we would like to introduce you to Hamburger 2910, a hamburger specialty restaurant that opened in July 2023 on the 9th floor of KITTE Hakata, a commercial facility directly connected to JR Hakata Station!

As the restaurant's name suggests, you can enjoy delicious hamburgers with a rich and varied sauce.

Hamburger 2910 is run by Lin Crew Co., Ltd., which operates numerous restaurants across the country.

The restaurant has counter seats that exude a lively atmosphere, as well as table seats and sofa seats.

There are 10 types of sauces. Starting with the classic "Demi-glace sauce," there are various types such as "Tomato," "Mentaiko Mayo," "Teritama Mayo," and "Japanese style grated radish." There are also some unusual sauces such as "Balsamic Sauce," "Spicy Gochujang," and "Cream Mustard"! If you visit with a large group, it would be nice to share different flavors and enjoy them.

In addition to ordering it alone, you can add your favorite hamburger steak to either the "A Set (rice in a rice container, salad, and soup)" (385 yen), "B Set (rice in a rice container, salad, soup, and drink)" (605 yen), "C Set (rice in a rice container, salad, soup, and dessert)" (550 yen), or "D Set (rice in a rice container, salad, soup, drink, and dessert)" (770 yen).

The rice is served in a traditional rice container to keep it hot and shiny throughout the meal. You can choose between white rice or 15-grain rice. It's also nice that you can have refills for free.

This is what I had this time. I added the "A Set (rice in a rice container, salad, soup)" (385 yen) to the "Green Onion and Salt Hamburger" (1,463 yen) and topped it with a "Fried Egg" (165 yen).

Now it's time to try the hamburger steak! The moment you put your chopsticks in, you can tell how plump the steak is, and the juices oozing out... I was surprised at how much there was!

The slow-cooked hamburger steak was fluffy and packed with meaty flavor. There was lemon underneath the green onion and salt, which made it very refreshing.

This is the "Children's Plate with Juice" (968 yen). You can choose between orange and apple juice.
