FamilyMart is popular among convenience stores for its wide variety of sweets. We are always amazed by the quality of the new products they release one after another, and this time they have released a collaboration sweet with Morinaga Milk Industry and Morinaga & Co.!

A collaboration with a brand that has long been loved by people of all ages. We have high hopes for this...! So we decided to give it a try!

1: The soft, juicy sauce is the key ♡ "Chilled, fluffy pancake-style sandwich"

First up is the "Fluffy Pancake-style Sandwich Eaten Chilled" (248 yen).

The batter is made to resemble the taste of hotcakes made with Morinaga & Co.'s hotcake mix. It's thick and looks soft...♡

Sandwiched between the two pieces of dough is a syrup sauce made with Morinaga & Co.'s cake syrup and cream containing cultured butter.

The dough is fluffy and has a gentle texture. The egg flavor is rich and full-bodied. The saltiness adds an accent and enhances the deliciousness.

The cake syrup sauce is as soft as jelly and melts gently in your mouth ♡ The butter cream also has a rich, delicious flavor with the aroma of cultured butter filling your mouth.
