The store's name, "Kuramu," was chosen as a word that brings to mind cows. "Kura" is the name of the horse tack that people put on the back of cows or horses when they ride them or carry luggage. And "mu" can actually be read as "mou," which represents the sound of a cow mooing, and is also a child's word for horse!

And one more thing. The restaurant was named "Gram" because they wanted to treat every gram of meat with care and to make it delicious for their customers. Now, the restaurant is loved by the locals.

This restaurant offers creative dishes ranging from various cuts of Kyushu-produced Kuroge Wagyu beef (more than 30 types!) to a la carte dishes, sashimi, desserts, and soups. You can enjoy a variety of options, from single dishes to courses.

The extremely popular "The Masumori" (1,078 yen) is a masterpiece of seared premium kalbi topped with salmon roe marinated in soy sauce! You can enjoy the melting texture of the meat and the crunchy texture of the salmon roe.

The "Full Meat Platter" (from 3,300 yen per person) is a meat plate with several types of meat and vegetables depending on your budget. You can also order your own original meat platter. It comes with a wooden tag with the name of the cut of meat written on it, making it easy to understand.
