[Tenjin Lunch] A popular restaurant with non-pork bone soup! "You won't want to leave a single drop behind" exquisite soy sauce ramen (Fukuoka City)
Hello. I'm Yuri and I love ramen.
This time, we will introduce a ramen restaurant with excellent soup located in Tenjin, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City.
"Menya Saigo no Itteki" (Tenjin, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City) where you can enjoy "Shoyu Ramen" and "Abura Soba" made with carefully selected chicken broth, flavored oil, and soy sauce sauce
Menya Saigo no Ichideki is a 5-minute walk from Tenjin Station on the Subway Kuko Line, located on the first floor of a building along Oyafuko Street.
This is a popular "non-tonkotsu" ramen restaurant that opened in November 2022.
The signature menu items are four kinds of "Shoyu Ramen" (800-900 yen): "Bonito," "Shrimp," "Orange," and "Orange and Shellfish," and three kinds of "Abura Soba (with boiled egg)" (900 yen each, 1.5 eggs for 950 yen): "Bonito," "Shrimp," and "Orange."
This ramen is made with a base of chicken soup made by simmering domestic chicken bones, chicken oil, and Hidaka kelp, combined with flavored oil that brings out the umami of the ingredients and soy sauce sauce in which scallops have been soaked, and is made without using any chemical seasonings, food additives, or preservatives.
It's a masterpiece that even children can safely drink up to the last drop of soup.
There are only 10 counter seats inside the store.
Purchase your meal ticket using the touch-screen ticket machine.
Delicious soup down to the last drop! Enjoy the popular signature dish "Shoyu Ramen with Bonito" ♡
This time I ordered the most popular "Shoyu Ramen Katsuo" (800 yen). It is topped with two slices of pork, green onion, bamboo shoots, seaweed, and bonito flakes, and I added a "boiled egg" (100 yen).
Additionally, you can add additional toppings such as "green onion" (100 yen), "two slices of roasted pork" (150 yen), and "bamboo shoots" (150 yen).
The key to the flavor is the aromatic oil, full of the umami of bonito, extracted using a generous amount of dried bonito caught in Makurazaki City, Kagoshima Prefecture, where the owner is originally from.
Finished with a special soy sauce that brings out the sweetness of the ingredients, this is an exquisite soup with a gentle yet deep flavor.
A truly unique taste that overturns your concept of soy sauce ramen!
The noodles used are medium-thick straight noodles from Kyoto's long-established Menya Teigaku. They have just the right amount of chewiness and go down smoothly when slurped.
The pork slices were large and tender, and it felt like eating roast beef.
Put it in your mouth along with the soft-boiled yolk of the boiled egg and you will be enveloped in a blissful moment.
Before I knew it, I had finished it all in no time, right down to the last drop!
It was so delicious that I couldn't get enough of it.
The sale ends as soon as the soup runs out, so we recommend arriving early.
Be sure to try the ramen with the exquisite soup that you can only get here! (Text by Yuri-chan)
