This time, we will introduce the beer terrace "Cool & Luxury BEER TERRACE 2023" currently being held at "AGORA Fukuoka Yamanoue Hotel & Spa."

Very popular every year! The spectacular beer terrace at AGORA Fukuoka Hilltop Hotel & Spa (Terukuni, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka)

Agora Fukuoka Hilltop Hotel & Spa is located about a 15-minute walk from Sakurazaka Station on the Nanakuma Subway Line.

There are free shuttle buses running from JR Hakata Station and Nishitetsu Yakuin Station, and there is also a large free parking lot, making it easily accessible.

This time we would like to introduce "Cool & Luxury BEER TERRACE 2023", which will be held from Friday, April 21st to Tuesday, October 31st, 2023.

The venue is "GARDEN RESTAURANT k."

The opening hours of "Cool & Luxury BEER TERRACE 2023" vary by month, from April to June and October, it is open from 18:00 to 21:00 every day. From July to September, it is open from 18:00 to 21:00 on weekdays, but on weekends it is open in two parts, from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 20:00 to 22:00. All dates are two-hour sessions, and reservations must be made by 21:00 the day before.

Prices are 6,700 yen for adults, 5,700 yen for teenagers (junior high school students and above up to 20 years old), 4,200 yen for elementary school students, 2,200 yen for children (ages 3 to preschoolers), and free for infants (under 3 years old) (if using the sofa seats, an additional 500 yen will be charged per person).

All-you-can-eat freshly grilled meat! The hugely popular "Butcher's Grill" corner

This is the "Butcher's Grill" corner, which was introduced last year and has been extremely popular.

For an additional fee, you can also enjoy the "Abalone and Large Shrimp Set" (2,000 yen per person *photo shows a portion for four people).

A buffet board with a variety of delicious dishes, from seafood and meat dishes to healthy dishes with plenty of vegetables!

The buffet board features dishes produced by Yoshitake Daisuke, Executive Chef of the Western Cuisine Department.

The artistic dishes, based on French cuisine, are all surprisingly delicious.

This year, in addition to working with local farmers and addressing food waste, they are also working towards the SDGs, including collaborating with facilities for people with disabilities.

Charcoal-grilled squid dumplings

Among the dishes on the buffet board, the one that particularly caught my eye was the Charcoal Grilled Squid Meatballs.

The presentation is artistic and fun, as if the food is hidden in the charcoal! The squid dumplings have a soft and gentle taste.

A treasure chest of vegetables

Also noteworthy is the "Vegetable Jewelry Box" that decorates the buffet board with colorful vegetables. It looks like it sparkles!

Seared Spanish mackerel carpaccio

"Seared Spanish Mackerel Carpaccio" is made with chewy Spanish mackerel and presented in a refreshing manner.

Chicken breast and pineapple

"Chicken Breast and Pineapple" is a mellow combination of moist and tender chicken and fresh pineapple.

Eggplant and watercress marinade

"Eggplant and Watercress Marinade" will impress you with the freshness of the watercress and the soft and fluffy texture of the eggplant.

Tomato cutlet

The "Tomato Cutlet" is served with the tomato sauce provided separately.

The crispy and juicy cutlet went perfectly with the fresh, sweet tomato sauce.

The meaty spare ribs were chewy and had a sweet and spicy flavor, making them the perfect pairing with alcohol.

Deep fried chicken wings with lemon

Crispy and juicy "fried chicken wings with lemon". Finished with a refreshing lemon flavor, it's the perfect dish for the coming season.

Ahijo

"Ajillo" is filled with plenty of seafood such as shrimp and shellfish, and is packed with the rich flavor of seafood.
