This time, we will introduce you to a wonderful restaurant in Itoshima City.
"Restaurant ITOSHIMA by Salute" - A log house restaurant where you can feel the warmth of wood (Itoshima City)
"Restaurant ITOSHIMA by Salute" is located in Tomari, Itoshima City, about a 7-minute drive from Hatae Station on the JR Chikuhi Line.

"Itoshima Handmade Ham" is located on the second floor of a log house on the premises.
The restaurant is renowned for the high quality of its food, which makes generous use of Itoshima ingredients, and is always bustling with customers.

The atmosphere is like a secret hideout in a tree, and you'll feel excited even before you enter the store!

The interior of the restaurant is filled with the warmth of wood. You can feel soothed by the greenery of the trees that can be seen from the windows, and experience something out of the ordinary.

Very popular! A delicious lunch where you can fully enjoy Itoshima vegetables
This time I used it for lunch.

This is the most popular "Hamburg steak with Itoshima vegetables" (2,050 yen). The set includes handmade ham salad, soup of the day, focaccia or rice, dessert, and drink.
The hamburger steak sauce can be chosen from demi-glace or Japonaise. On this day, I chose demi-glace.

The texture of the coarsely ground meat and the juicy meat make this hamburger steak irresistible. The accompanying warm vegetables are rich and colorful. They are very beautiful and make you feel happy.
The homemade ham salad that comes with the set is also very filling.

The salad, made with Itoshima vegetables with their unique colors, is visually gorgeous. When you add the homemade dressing, which combines sourness and creaminess, it's hard to describe it as anything other than delicious. It's a very satisfying dish.

The dessert for the day was a rare cheesecake garnished with fruit.

It had a smooth texture and a simple yet elegant taste. It was the perfect after-meal snack.
The lunch menu includes hamburger steak, pasta and pizza as main courses. All courses come with homemade ham salad, soup of the day, focaccia, dessert and drink.
This is one of the lunch menu items, "Itoshima Vegetable Oil Pasta" (1,850 yen).

As you can see, it's packed with ingredients and beautifully colored!
On the day, large pieces of turnip, snap peas, eggplant, zucchini, peppers, and spinach were used. It was very filling! As it was a simple oil pasta dish, I was able to fully enjoy the natural sweetness of the vegetables.
On that day, there was a surprise presentation in which a birthday plate belonging to another customer was brought out, and everyone in the restaurant celebrated with thunderous applause (surprise birthday plate cost 500 yen).
Next time I'd like to use it for my birthday or an important anniversary.
It's a popular restaurant that fills up quickly, so I recommend making a reservation. Everything on the menu looked so delicious that I wanted to try everything, and it was such a charming restaurant!
