A hot topic as they sell out every day! A wide selection of cute and delicious sweets ♡ A new store of a popular cafe has opened (Susakimachi, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City)

Hello. I'm ayu.latte, a writer who loves delicious sweets.

This time, we will introduce you to a new cafe where you can enjoy delicious and cute sweets.

You'll want to visit again and again! "Camps Cafe" opened in April (Susakimachi, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City)

Camps Cafe opened in Susakimachi, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City on April 28, 2023. It is a sister store of THE LOCAL Fukuoka, which is also located in Hakata Ward.

While running "THE LOCAL Fukuoka", the sweets made customers smile, and the makers were filled with happiness and motivation. So, they decided to launch "Camps Cafe" in order to create a place where the makers' thoughts could be conveyed to more people and to make even more customers happy.

With this in mind, Camps Cafe also has a shared kitchen, which will hopefully become a place where sweets creators can gather and each create their own sweets.

There are six tables inside the shop. There are no chairs, so it is a stand-style cafe.

To the right as you enter is a table lined with mirrors. It's very stylish to take photos of your sweets reflected in the mirrors.

On the left as you enter is not a mirror but a table lit in soft colors.

Both tables are so attractive it's hard to choose.

Up to two per person! Tarts and cakes made with seasonal ingredients

The showcase is lined with a variety of colorful tarts and cakes.

Although you may want to eat a lot, in order to deliver cake to as many people as possible, orders are limited to two cakes per person.

What I ordered this time was the "Verrine" (600 yen), which is only available for eat-in.

Glass Camps Cafe

This glass dessert is packed with three layers of flavor, and the fruits used change with the seasons (the photo shows strawberries and oranges, which were in season when the cafe opened).

From the bottom, there is vanilla blancmange, creamy jelly and fruit pulp, and fluffy yogurt mousse. Each has a different taste and texture, making this a dessert you can enjoy until the last bite.

Currently, you can enjoy mangoes until the end of June (600 yen). Vanilla-scented blancmange topped with plenty of mango!

Next, among the many items in the display case, what really catches your eye are the tarts made with seasonal fruits.

This is the "Cherry Pistachio Daifuku Tart" (650 yen). *Available until the end of June

The tart crust is filled with plenty of fragrant, rich pistachio diplomats.

The gently sweet vanilla whipped cream is squeezed on top like ruffles.

This delicious tart combines the tartness of American cherries and pistachios with the chewy mochi dough.

This is the "Mango Cheese Tart" (650 yen). *Available until the end of June.

Mango and cheese are such a delicious combination!

This is "Weekend Citron" (500 yen), which uses plenty of vanilla beans.

It has a moist and fluffy texture and a luxurious taste. The whipped cream is also sprinkled with lemon powder, so you can really taste the lemon. It's a refreshing cake that's perfect for the coming season.

Don't miss out on the delicious drinks!

The drinks are also delicious, so be sure to check them out. There are over 10 types of drinks on the menu, with the beans ground and brewed right in front of you!

They are also particular about their coffee, using beans from TAKAMURA COFFEE ROASTERS in Osaka.

The coffee served at the shop has a juicy, sweet and sour taste like apricots, a lavender-like herbal aroma that lingers in your nose, and a chocolate-like sweetness with a smooth aftertaste that will leave you hooked.

The "Americano" (550 yen), made by mixing espresso with hot or cold water, was delicious and went well with any dessert.

Aid, which aims to be "cute to look at and delicious to drink," comes in two flavors: "Berry" and "Mango" (650 yen each).

I chose "Berry Ade". I love the variety of berries♡ It had a refreshing taste.

Because it is made by a single pastry chef, it may sell out quickly depending on the day. It seems that it continues to sell out every day.

A delicious, cute and amazing cafe. Why not drop by? (Text by ayu.latte)
