Autumn flavors keep coming ♡ 3 noteworthy new products from the hugely popular parfait specialty shop "Pansirio" (Kuromon, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City)

Autumn is the season for appetite. With so many tempting gourmet foods appearing, you'll want to try this and that!

This time we will be introducing the new autumn parfaits from Pansilio, a popular parfait specialty store located in Kuromon, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City.

All of them are not only delicious, but also look so beautiful that it's almost a shame to eat them.

1: [Available until the end of December 2022] Murasame ~Japanese and Western Mont Blanc~

The "most greedy" Mont Blanc parfait in Japan, "Murasame - Two Kinds of Japanese and Western Mont Blanc" (2,100 yen), will be available from October 2022 until the end of December.

The Mont Blanc Parfait is always very popular at Pansilio, but this year's is their most confident creation!

The mix consists of potato chips, chestnuts boiled in their skins, black beans, gold flakes, matcha ganache, homemade Japanese chestnut cream, marron gelato, creme chantilly, financier, roasted green tea brownie, blackcurrant sauce, chestnut cream, caramelised walnuts, candied chestnuts and rich roasted green tea pudding.

The homemade Mont Blanc cream is made by boiling and repeatedly straining Japanese chestnuts, and contains very little added sugar, so the natural sweetness of the chestnuts fills your mouth.

The inside is filled with Mont Blanc paste imported from Italy, giving the parfait a luxurious taste that combines Japanese and Western flavors.

2: Scheherazade (Available until the end of December 2022)

"Scheherazade" (1,900 yen) will be released in October 2022 and will be available until the end of December.

This autumn parfait is themed on Scheherazade, the narrator of the Arabian Nights.

The flavour consists of mint, cinnamon cookies, tarte tatin, pie, vanilla gelato, date butter, walnut and coriander, kahwa (Arabic coffee) gelato, custard, white wine jelly, apple syrup, apple red wine compote, caramel sauce and cinnamon sugar.

You can enjoy sweets made with baked apples and Arabian spices.

3: La Princesse (Available until early December 2022)

"La Princesse" (1,900 yen) will be released in November 2022 and will be available until early December.

This parfait is made with La France, a fruit known for its rich, melt-in-your-mouth sweet aroma and beautiful appearance that has made it the "Queen of the Fruit World."

The composition is dried Japanese pear, Florentine, thyme, blueberry, vanilla gelato, pear gelato, La France pear, tea cream, blue cheese crumble, caramelized walnuts, amazake yogurt mousse, blueberry sauce, white wine jelly, and pear compote.

The sweet sake yogurt mousse and blue cheese crumble made with carefully selected ingredients go perfectly with the black tea cream. You can also enjoy the melting texture of La France pears and the refreshing sweetness that spreads in your mouth.

Pansilio will celebrate its third anniversary on December 11, 2022. They are also planning to hold a "3rd Anniversary Thanksgiving Festival" in December, where they will also be giving away a luxurious afternoon tea by lottery! For more details, please check the store's Instagram.
