The dish is made with rice, keema curry, egg yolk and a side dish of purple cabbage to add colour.

The green spice topping the rice is "kasuri methi." Its bittersweet aroma will whet your appetite.

The curry is not too spicy. The meat is soft but still has a nice texture, making it a very mild dish. The nuts sprinkled on top add a nice texture.

Although it uses a lot of spices, the base flavor is strong, so even people who don't like spicy food can enjoy it.

Take-out is also available.
