Eat and drink your way through famous and popular restaurants! Over 80 restaurants will participate in "Bar Walk Fukuoka" on October 18th

A drinking and eating event will be held in the city of Fukuoka!

We would like to introduce you to "Bar Walk Fukuoka," which will be held for one day only.

[October 18, 2025] "Bar Walk Fukuoka Vol. 20" is a popular event where you can casually enjoy drinks and food at famous restaurants.

The bar-hopping event "Bar Walk Fukuoka" will be held in the city of Fukuoka from 12:00 to 24:00 on Saturday, October 18, 2025.

This popular event allows you to eat your way around "famous restaurants you've always wanted to try" and "unknown restaurants you never knew existed," and this year marks its 20th anniversary. Continuing since 2010, it is a pioneer of drinking and eating events in Fukuoka.

More than 80 restaurants, including sushi, Japanese, French, Italian, and Spanish restaurants, as well as food stalls, are scheduled to participate, mainly in the Tenjin and Hakata areas. Many of these restaurants are so popular that you'll have to wait in line. A new sweets specialty store will also be appearing.

First, purchase a ticket. On the day of the event, you can freely visit any five participating stores of your choice and exchange your ticket for a set of "pintxos (snacks) and one drink" prepared by each store for the event.

Only electronic tickets are available (on sale at the official electronic ticket site "Balticket!"), and a set of five tickets costs 4,900 yen in advance and 5,400 yen on the day (while supplies last). Advance tickets are a better deal, so if you're interested, get in quick!

Also, if you can't use up all your points, don't worry. For one week from October 19th (Sun) to 25th (Sat), you can use them as "Ato Bar" vouchers, with each ticket costing 980 yen.

20th Anniversary! Lots of special events

Giant Gacha Lottery

A giant 2.0 meter long gacha machine will be available at Fukuoka Mitsukoshi Lion Plaza from 12:00 to 20:00 on the day of the event!

This is your chance to win some great prizes, including a 10,000 yen meal voucher that can be used at participating stores in "Bar Walk Fukuoka," a set of two "Yatai Tickets" that allow you to enjoy the food stalls at a discount, a "Marine World Uminonakamichi Pair Invitation Ticket," local specialties from all over Kyushu, and original goods that can only be purchased here.

For each set of e-tickets purchased, you will be entered into the grand lottery once.

Bayside Place and Shikanoshima areas are joining the battle!

In addition, to commemorate the 20th anniversary, the area around Bayside Place and Shikanoshima will also be participating! In addition to walking, you can also enjoy a 30-minute boat ride from Bayside Place and fully enjoy the bar walk on Shikanoshima.
*Please use the municipal ferry to get to Shikanoshima. The ticket does not include a ferry ticket.

There is also a special menu using seafood from Hakata Bay.

Bar Walk will collaborate with the Hakata Bay environmental citizen event "Gather! Hakata Only Bay!", which will be held at Marine World Uminonakamichi on Saturday, December 6, 2025.

A special pintxo menu using the bounty of Hakata Bay will be available at some stores.

Enjoy free sake at "SAGA BAR"

We are collaborating with SAGA BAR, which promotes the charms of Saga under the concept of "Taste Saga." On the day of the event, from 4:00 PM, a booth will be set up at Fukuoka Mitsukoshi Lion Square, offering free pinchos made with Saga Prefecture sake and ingredients. (Limited to 200 servings, while supplies last)

The pintxos are a special collaboration with Satoshi Funaki, the owner and chef of Secret Restaurant K in Jousui-dori, Fukuoka City, who won a bronze medal at the 2020 World Culinary Olympics. Guests can enjoy the Mitsuse Chicken Meatballs in Red Vinegar Marinade and Shiraishi Lotus Root Skewers with Seaweed and Lemon Dressing, which use plenty of ingredients from Saga Prefecture, along with sake produced in Saga Prefecture.

*Free drinks are only available to those who have purchased an official Bar Walk e-ticket (both advance and same-day tickets available). *You cannot choose the brand of sake.
