This time, I'd like to introduce you to a cafe where you can enjoy delicious cheesecake, recommended by me, who has a sweet tooth.
Open until midnight! APOC COFFEE, a cafe that connects people through cheesecake and coffee (Hakata Station, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City)
APOC COFFEE is a cafe that opened in September 2024. Its name is an acronym of "A Place of Connection" and "A Piece of Cheesecake," and it boasts a wide variety of cheesecakes. It is a popular shop that is visited by many people, from locals to tourists.
It's conveniently located just a five-minute walk from the Hakata exit of JR Hakata Station, and is lit up with warm lighting at night, making you want to pop in.

Although the focus of my meal that day was cheesecake, the restaurant also offers a wide range of food options, including pasta and salads.

The system involves first ordering and paying, and then choosing a seat.
There are rows of cheesecakes lined up in the showcase. Cheesecakes and drinks are available for takeout, making them perfect for a snack at home or as a gift!

Because it is a popular shop, the types of cheesecakes you can choose from may be limited if you come later in the day. If there is a particular cake you want, we recommend coming early.

The interior of the store is a stylish space that combines the warmth of wooden interior with exposed concrete walls. The silver logo attached to the wall is also stylish...!
The majority of the seating is at tables lined up along the wall, but tables can also be pushed together to accommodate multiple people (4 or more).
There are also counter seats, so even if you are alone, you can come here with peace of mind. Another nice feature is that both the tables and the counter seats are equipped with electrical outlets.

Rich yet easy to eat! A wide variety of cheesecakes
All of the cheesecakes look appetizing and are neither too big nor too small!
The drink menu has a wide variety, including coffee-based drinks such as "Drip Coffee" (420 yen) and "APOC Latte" (500 yen), as well as "Hojicha Milk" (550 yen) and "Apple Juice" (420 yen), and even alcoholic "Craft Beer" (from 800 yen).
*If you order only cheesecake, you will be required to purchase one drink.

First up is the simple-looking classic menu item, "APOC Cheesecake" (570 yen).
It has a refreshing taste with the gentle sweetness of vanilla and the sourness of lemon. It is clean and not too sweet overall, so it is easy to eat even for those who don't have a sweet tooth.

Next is the "Caramel Cheesecake" (620 yen).
A cheesecake made with plenty of homemade caramel! It has an excellent balance of sweetness and bitterness, so we recommend pairing it with drip coffee.

And this is the "Oreo Cheesecake" (620 yen). The Oreos and cream on top are so cute...
The cheese is creamy and rich, but also has just the right amount of sweetness! The Oreo tart crust underneath is a nice accent.

There are also some noteworthy limited-time menu items!
There is also a limited time menu that uses seasonal fruits.
Currently there are three varieties available: "Strawberry and White Chocolate Earl Grey Cheesecake" (880 yen), "Orange Scented Houjicha Cheesecake" (660 yen), and "Berry and Blackcurrant Mousse Chocolate Cheesecake" (830 yen). All of them are tall and gorgeous in color.

After some hesitation, I ordered the "Strawberry and White Chocolate Earl Grey Cheesecake."
The cheesecake has an elegant Earl Grey aroma, and is topped with white chocolate mousse, fresh cream, and strawberries, making it a very satisfying treat. The strawberries are Amaou strawberries, and are delicious both with the cake and on their own.

All the cheesecakes were delicious and I wanted to try them all.
