A highly anticipated gourmet event every time! 2025 "Spring Hokkaido Products Fair" (Hakata Hankyu)

The long-awaited "Hokkaido Products Fair" where you can enjoy gourmet foods!

This time, we will introduce the "Spring Hokkaido Products Fair" at "Hakata Hankyu" which will start on Wednesday, April 9, 2025!

[April 9-15, 2025] "Spring Hokkaido Products Fair" to be held at Hakata Hankyu

The "Spring Hokkaido Products Fair" will be held for seven days from Wednesday, April 9th to Tuesday, April 15th, 2025 at the Hakata Hankyu 8th floor event hall.

This time the theme is "Packed with Cheese!"

The charm of cheese produced in Hokkaido, the kingdom of dairy farming, will be introduced through gourmet food and sweets. In addition to the cheese x grilled and baked bento lunches available only at Hakata Hankyu, there will also be a hamburger with a thick patty and plenty of cheese, and a rich melon cheese tart.

A total of 43 stores will be gathering, including two stores making their first appearance in the Kyushu region, 14 items exclusive to Hakata Hankyu, and 7 items being offered for the first time.

Hakata Hankyu Limited Edition Bento x Cheese

One of the highlights this time is the "bento" lunch box that is only available at Hakata Hankyu, which will be released with cheese and grilled or broiled dishes!

"Caciocavallo made by Italian artisans" is a natural cheese made only with 100% raw milk from Hokkaido and salt! It is characterized by its rich cheese aroma and milky taste. It can be eaten as is, or grilled on a hot plate like a steak.

A gourmet demonstration will be available from Hokkaido's only potato specialty store, produced by a potato farmer in Setana Town, Hokkaido, which grows 55 types of potatoes (as of 2024).

This dish is made from colorful potatoes served as French fries, and is also topped with grated cheese, available only at the venue! You can enjoy the marriage of hot potatoes and fluffy cheese.

You can enjoy eating ramen at the venue!

After training at Sapporo Junren for over 10 years, Menya Utsugi was allowed to open a second store and opened in Hakodate in August 2024, making its first appearance in the Kyushu region!

The "Miso" is made using the same recipe as "Sapporo Junren" with a uniquely blended miso sauce. It is a rich yet light bowl. The "Salt" has the flavor of the vegetables mixed into the lard on the surface, allowing you to enjoy the umami of the soup and the taste of the salt sauce.
