The much talked about "Versailles no Saga"! Kilfevon releases luxurious limited-time collaboration sweets

For a limited time only, luxurious sweets packed with strawberries are available!

We'd like to introduce you to some beautiful and delicious tarts that were created through a certain collaboration and can be enjoyed at the popular tart specialty store, Kil Fait Bon.

"Kilfebon" and "Versailles no Saga" collaborate! "Marie Antoinette's favorite" sweets are born!

To date, Saga Prefecture has carried out 40 collaborative projects with companies and content, including "Godzilla vs. Saga," "Saga Prefecture Vice Governor Shima Kosaku," and "Romancing Saga."

Currently, the collaboration project with the animated film "The Rose of Versailles," "The Saga of Versailles - Visiting the Rose in Saga Prefecture - (Belle Saga)," is a hot topic!

The beautiful sweets that were born from this process, which are "like Marie Antoinette's taste," are now available for a limited time at Quil Fait Bon stores. Of course, you can also try them at the Fukuoka store!

About "Versailles no Saga - Visiting the Roses in Saga Prefecture"
​ ​"The Rose of Versailles - A trip to Saga Prefecture to visit the Rose of Versailles" is a collaborative project (starting January 28, 2025) between Saga Prefecture and the animated film "The Rose of Versailles" (currently in theaters).
​ ​The story revolves around an original story in which the main characters of "The Rose of Versailles", Oscar and Marie Antoinette, travel to Saga prefecture in search of "roses".
​ ​In the first part of the project, various features have been attracting attention, such as the release of the special movie "Versailles no Saga", which was completed with dubbing by the gorgeous voice actors of the theatrical animation "The Rose of Versailles" on the special website (https://sagaprise.jp/versaga/). This project is the third part (spin-off).

Available until March 14th! "Kilfait Bon" offers "Saga Prefecture's "Strawberry-san" and Pain de Genne Tart - garnished with roses"

A collaboration product called "Saga Prefecture Strawberry and Pain de Gène Tart, garnished with roses" will be available at "Kilfait Bon" for a limited time from Wednesday, February 19th to Friday, March 14th, 2025 (takeout: 1,404 yen per piece, 14,040 yen for a whole piece; eat-in: 1,430 yen per piece, 14,300 yen for a whole piece *all whole pieces are 25cm).

This gorgeous dessert is made using plenty of the brand strawberry "Ichigosan." It is inspired by "The Rose of Versailles" and is garnished with rose petals (strawberries are also part of the rose family).

This tart is based on the simple traditional French pastry "Pain de Gènes" with fragrant almonds, combined with sweet and sour raspberry mousse, and topped with a covering of "strawberries" and bright red petals, reminiscent of a gorgeous rose.

The moist baked pain de gènes goes perfectly with the raspberry sauce and juicy red fruit, creating an elegant flavor!

The strawberry used lavishly is a brand of strawberry from Saga Prefecture that took seven years of development to create. It is characterized by its beautiful color and shape, gorgeous yet gentle sweetness, and fresh juice.

"Saga Prefecture's Strawberry and Pain de Gènes Tart - garnished with roses" can be purchased at all eight Kilfait Bon stores, including "Kilfait Bon Fukuoka" in Tenjin (Grand Maison Ginza, Aoyama, Tokyo Dome City store, Tokyo Skytree Town Solamachi store, Yokohama, Grand Front Osaka store, and Kyoto).

At the seven stores with cafes in Fukuoka and elsewhere, if you order collaboration sweets at the cafe you will receive a gift of a pick with the medal motif that shines on the military uniform worn by Oscar, as well as a letter from Marie Antoinette (limited quantity, while supplies last).
