REGARE is located on the 4th floor of Toho Building, which has Osteria Caro on the 1st floor, about a 2-minute walk from Heiwadori Station on the Kitakyushu Monorail.
This restaurant serves a wide variety of pasta and meat dishes, and serves European-style creative cuisine, mainly Italian.
The specialty is the "Poached Egg Cheese Hamburger" (1,430 yen, W 2,090 yen *photo is W). This juicy hamburger is made with Kitakyushu brand pork, onions and special spices in an exquisite blend, and is paired with a poached egg with a runny yolk and melted cheese.

Take the elevator at the back of the sign to the 4th floor. Once you get off the elevator, the store entrance is right in front of you.
The restaurant is spacious. There are more than 50 seats, including two-seater tables, four-seater tables, counter seats, sofa seats, terrace seats, and VIP private rooms. I visited for dinner that day, and the dimly lit space was very stylish.

For dinner, a wide variety of "Pasta" (from 1,540 yen), "Pizza" (from 1,540 yen), "Grilled Red Meat from Designated Farms" (2,090 yen), "Roasted Duck with Berry Sauce" (1,980 yen) and other a la carte dishes are available, as well as set course meals.
The aim of the day was to enjoy the specialty "Poached Egg Cheese Hamburger" in the "Hamburger Italian Course" (2,500 yen per person *Orders are for two or more people, and a separate drink order is required). You can enjoy a total of 10 dishes, including pizza, pasta, and ajillo, which are typical Italian dishes.
