Bills Fukuoka (Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City), an all-day dining restaurant from Sydney, Australia, began serving sake and shochu produced in Kyushu in October. To commemorate this, they will be holding a "bills Fukuoka x Kyushu Local Sake Night" on Tuesday, November 17th, where breweries from Fukuoka Prefecture will be appearing. You can enjoy sake and shochu from four different breweries along with valuable stories from the brewers, along with dinner at Bills.

Starting in October, "bills Fukuoka" will be offering four types of sake from Kyushu's local sake scene, which is home to a wide selection of fine brands: "Tanaka Rokujugo (Shiraito Sake Brewery/Fukuoka)," "Miino Kotobuki (Miino Kotobuki/Fukuoka)," "Tenpu (Nishi Sake Brewery/Kagoshima)," and "Yokoyama Goju (Shigeie Sake Brewery/Nagasaki)," as well as four types of shochu: "Nakakan (Kuroki Honten/Miyazaki)," "Kiroku (Kuroki Honten/Miyazaki)," "Issho Bronze (Komaki Brewery/Kagoshima)," and "Maisui (Hana no Tsuyu/Fukuoka)."

The Fukuoka branch is the first bills restaurant in the world to offer sake and shochu on its menu, and it is a unique initiative from bills, which values its regional style. Now, you can enjoy bills dishes designed by Australian restaurateur Bill Granger together with Kyushu local sake.

They will introduce the charm and commitment of each brewery and interact with sake fans.
