[February 19th - April 14th, 2026] SAKURA Fair to be held! "Kil Fait Bon"

From Thursday, February 19th to Tuesday, April 14th, 2026, Quil Fait Bon will be holding its first-ever special fair with a cherry blossom theme.

The main attractions of the fair are three types of tarts that have been carefully crafted to celebrate the arrival of spring. One bite will make you feel like you're enveloped in the spring sunshine.

There will also be fair-exclusive items such as cherry blossom-colored shopping bags, gift cards, and new baked goods.

Crystalline "Le Girl" Cream Cheese Mousse Tart - Cherry Blossom Flavor

The "Crystalline Le Girl Cream Cheese Mousse Tart - Cherry Blossom Flavor" (1 piece 1,090 yen, whole 25cm 10,908 yen) is made with a generous amount of French Le Girl cream cheese, layered with a fluffy sponge cake and topped with a generous amount of cherry blossom cream.

White peach compote is hidden inside the cream cheese mousse, topped with plenty of strawberries and cherries. Enjoy the creamy texture and juicy taste.

Naruto Kintoki "Satomusume" sweet potato from Satoura, Tokushima Prefecture, and sesame tart

"Tokushima Prefecture Satoura Naruto Kintoki "Satomusume" and Sesame Tart" (993 yen per piece, 9,936 yen for a whole 25cm cake) is a crunchy tart made with sesame seeds and then baked with a fragrant white sesame crème brûlée.

It is topped with plenty of sweet potato stewed in milk and finished with a mellow cream that is reminiscent of spring cherry blossoms. The surface has a cute pattern that resembles cherry blossoms flowing on the surface of water.

Strawberry and custard pudding tart

The "Strawberry and Custard Pudding Tart" (1 piece 1,090 yen, whole 25cm 10,908 yen) is a tart inspired by pudding a la mode, which has a nostalgic feel to it.

Baked caramel-flavored almond cream is layered on top of vanilla-flavored custard pudding and cream. The bright red strawberries, adorned like flowers, create a striking visual.

Please note that the sales period is shorter than the other two products, from Thursday, February 19th, 2026 to Tuesday, March 31st, 2026.

Sakura and Cherry Pound Baton

"Sakura and Cherry Pound Baton" (300 yen each) is a spring-only baked confectionery made with moist pound cake dough kneaded with cherry leaf powder and filled with candied cherries. The combination of the soft cherry blossom flavor and the cherry creates a spring-like taste.

The "Spring Batons 3-Pack ~Letter~" (1,019 yen) comes in a package designed to resemble a letter and contains one each of the "Sakura and Cherry Pound Baton," "Pineapple and Coconut Pound Baton," and "Plain Baton." It is also recommended as a gift for graduations, entrance ceremonies, White Day, and other special occasions.

Furthermore, during the "SAKURA Fair" period, the "paper bags" (priced from 11 yen to 55 yen) will be changed to a warm "cherry blossom pink." This is the first time since the store's founding that a store-wide color change has been attempted.

Starting Monday, March 2nd, the first cherry blossom design will also be available on the "Limited Charge Gift Card," which can be charged and used for payments any number of times. *Available while supplies last.

The design features a background depicting the scene of cherry blossoms fluttering in the wind, with a photograph of actual petals superimposed on top, accented with a clear blue reminiscent of Kilfavon Blue.
