From Wednesday, January 21st to Tuesday, February 24th, 2026, Freshness Burger locations nationwide will be offering two varieties of Giant Snow Crab Cream Croquette Burgers and a lemonade made with Amaou strawberries from Fukuoka Prefecture.

Enjoy the luxury of Hokkaido's winter! Two varieties of "Giant Snow Crab Cream Croquette Burger"

The new products, packed with the bounty of Hokkaido, come in two varieties: "Giant Snow Crab Cream Croquette Burger - Rich Tomato Sauce" (890 yen) and "Giant Snow Crab Cream Croquette Burger - Brown Butter Sauce" (890 yen).

This luxurious sandwich features two rich cream croquettes made with Hokkaido-caught giant snow crab, a rich béchamel sauce made with Hokkaido raw milk, and breadcrumbs made with Hokkaido wheat.The cream croquettes are topped with a generous amount of crab meat.

To bring out the flavor of the ingredients, the crab is sautéed in fragrant butter and wine, and the addition of crab miso creates a deep, rich flavor.

The sauce is a classic "rich tomato sauce" from a long-established Western restaurant with an exquisite balance of umami and sourness,

This rich "brown butter sauce" incorporates the brown butter technique that chefs use to finish dishes.

The creamy, crispy croquette and the milky flavor of the sauce combine to create a rich, deep flavor in every bite.

Freshly fried hot potatoes served with special dipping sauce

In addition, "Dipped Potatoes with Three Herb Tartar Sauce" (390 yen) will be available to enjoy with the "Giant Snow Crab Cream Croquette Burger." *Available for an additional 50 yen on top of the regular or premium set.

This limited-edition menu features Hokkaido potatoes dipped in a sauce made from a mixture of rosemary, oregano, and thyme seasoning and a special tartar sauce packed with ingredients. The freshly fried, piping hot potatoes are coated in a rich, flavorful sauce that leaves you wanting more.

Limited-time "Craft Lemonade" made with Amaou strawberries from Fukuoka Prefecture!

The popular craft lemonade series includes "Amaou Craft Lemonade Soda (ICE)" (540 yen) and "Amaou Craft Lemonade (HOT)" (540 yen), both made with Amaou strawberries from Fukuoka Prefecture.

"Amaou" is a brand of strawberry originating from Fukuoka Prefecture, and its name is an acronym for "red, round, big, and delicious." It has a robust sweetness, a gorgeous fragrance, and a rich, juicy taste that spreads in your mouth, making it a popular variety that is at its most delicious from winter to early spring.

This special drink is made by carefully soaking these Amaou strawberries in honey and strawberry pulp in the store, and then topping it with lemon slices soaked in honey.

By letting the flavors soak in slowly, the tartness of the lemon and the sweetness of the Amaou strawberries come together to create a mellow, deep flavor. One of the charms of this drink is that the flavor changes with each sip as you crush the chunks of fruit.

The ice cream brings out the freshness of the strawberries and the crisp acidity of the lemon.
