For a limited time from January 7th (Wed) to 20th (Tue), 2026, Hokkaido cheesecake brand CHEESE WONDER will be opening a store at Hakata Hankyu.

Their signature product is the "inventive cheesecake" "CHEESE WONDER," which has a rich, fluffy, and crunchy texture and shares the same name as the brand. It is usually only sold online twice a week, and is so popular that it sells out every time it is released. Opportunities to purchase it in stores are rare.
This pop-up store will be selling "CHEESE WONDER" and fresh cheese sandwich cookies "WONDER SAND."

CHEESE WONDER
"CHEESE WONDER" (4 pieces for 2,268 yen) won the top gold award at the "1st Local Frozen Food Awards." It is a fresh cheesecake made by layering a crunchy pressed almond cookie with a moist fresh cheese soufflé and an extremely soft fresh cheese mousse.
The key to its deliciousness is the combination of the fresh cheese soufflé, made with free-range milk and free-range eggs from their own dairy farm in Hidaka Town, Hokkaido, and the texture of the fresh cheese mousse and cookies. The mousse is filled with air and melts softly the moment you put it in your mouth.

By quickly freezing the product immediately after it is made, they lock in the freshly made flavor.
You can also enjoy different tastes and textures depending on the thawing time: "frozen" when freshly taken out of the freezer, "partially thawed" after leaving it at room temperature for 30 to 40 minutes for a cool ice cream-like texture, and "fully thawed" after leaving it at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours for a thick, mousse-like texture.
While the regular online shop sells them in boxes of six, the POP UP STORE will sell them in boxes of four, making it easier for first-time customers to purchase. The original packaging, which has cooling capabilities, is designed with the brand's deep green color as the main color to match the individual packaging, with the brand logo shining brightly.

WONDER SAND
"WONDER SAND" (5 pieces for 1,728 yen, 8 pieces for 2,646 yen, 15 pieces for 4,428 yen) is a sandwich of two types of fluffy, fresh cream containing Hokkaido cheese between two golden brown cookies. The balance of the crunchy cookies, the soft cream, the salty and savory taste of the cheese, and the sweetness of the butter cream is exquisite.
