Cafe & Books Bibliotheque is a cafe, book store, and general store popular for its cakes made with carefully selected ingredients and fluffy pancakes. In Fukuoka, there is a Fukuoka Tenjin store on the first basement floor of VIORO.

Currently, chocolate and cherry pancakes are available for a limited time at all Cafe & Books Bibliotheque locations and at sister store Pancake & Books Bibliotheque!

Deep flavor! "Foret Noire Pancakes with Cherry and Chocolate Mousse and Griotte Cherry Sauce"

Bibliotheque's "Monthly Pancake" series is released on a monthly basis.

From Monday, December 1st to Thursday, December 25th, 2025, you can enjoy the "Cherry and Chocolate Mousse Forest Noire Pancakes with Griotte Cherry Sauce" (1,650 yen), which is inspired by a winter forest with rich chocolate and cherries.

The carefully baked pancakes are topped with a rich and smooth chocolate mousse and a sweet and sour griotte cherry sauce, creating a deep, flavorful winter dessert.

The rich aroma and bittersweetness of chocolate harmonizes with the bright acidity of cherries. It's perfect for cafe time or as an after-meal dessert.
