[Hakata Station] Great souvenirs ♡ Popular shop "Okashihitsujiya" opens for a limited time (Fukuoka)

[December 2, 2025 - January 13, 2026] Stylish Japanese confectionery shop "Okashi Hitsujiya" (Hakataeki Chuo-gai, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City) will be appearing on "Ippin Nishi-dori"!

"Okashi Hitsujiya" will open exclusively at "Ippin Nishidori," a famous sweet spot inside JR Hakata Station, from December 2, 2025 (Tuesday) to January 13, 2026 (Tuesday)! This will be its first appearance at JR Hakata City.

Okashi Hitsujiya is a sister store of Tokinose, a Japanese confectionery shop located within the grounds of Umi Yahata in Umi Town, and is a notable shop that has been featured in magazine specials on mail-order items.

With its main store in Ohashi, Minami-ku, Fukuoka City, the shop offers playful sweets that combine the appeal of both Japanese sweets and dagashi, with the theme of "dagashi that adults can enjoy."

Many of the products have stylish packaging and last a long time, making them perfect as gifts for the New Year holidays.

Fukiyose

You'll definitely smile the moment you open it! "Fukiyose" (972 yen) is a box filled with nostalgic sweets like a jewel box. It contains seven types: Princess Peony, Ginger Boro, Animal Yochi, Flowers of the Four Seasons, Snacks, Buckwheat Boro, and Konpeito.

The expiration date is approximately one month. *Please consume as soon as possible after opening.

The can is also cute, so you'll continue to feel happy even after you've finished eating it.

Yokan HITSUJIKAN

Open the lid, push the yokan out from the bottom, and cut it to your desired size using the included string to enjoy the thread-cutting yokan (450 yen).

There are three types: "Azuki AZUKI," made by adding whole azuki beans to peeled Hokkaido azuki bean paste and slowly kneading it; "Matcha MATCHA," a deep-flavored blend of matcha and green tea from Yame; and "Soda," a refreshing soda-flavored treat reminiscent of dagashi candy.

The shelf life is long, about one month, so it can be used in a variety of situations, such as as an everyday snack or to accompany you on mountain hikes.

Yokan Coffee Hitsujiya × manucoffee

A collaboration product with manucoffee, a popular coffee shop that represents Fukuoka.

This yokan, made without any water, is made by combining Manu Coffee's "Kujira Blend" espresso and drip coffee with white bean paste. It is handmade by a Japanese confectioner, taking his time to carefully knead it.

Anmitsu

"Anmitsu" (2,800 yen) is a combination of pineapple, orange, apricot, cherry, nerikiri, agar, salted beans and red bean yokan. The sparkling fruits are dazzling!

You'll be hooked on the harmony of the crunchy agar, the bursting fruit, and the chewy nerikiri. You can also add brown sugar syrup to your liking.

The expiration date is around 10 days.

Also noteworthy is the cute package illustration by Goro Nagashima, an illustrator who works in a variety of media including fashion magazines.

fruit punch

The hugely popular "Fruit Punch" (2,800 yen) is a combination of pineapple, orange, apricot, kiwi, cherry, raspberry, and shiratama rice cakes with almond-flavored yokan. It's a gorgeous treat that's sure to get cheers.

It's fun to see how the flavor changes depending on where you cut it! If you chill it and pour the fruit sauce that comes with it over it, it will have an even more "fruit punch" feel.

The expiration date is around 10 days.

The package illustration by illustrator Goro Nagashima is also a hot topic.
