[Kokura] Strawberries and donuts! Eight limited-edition Christmas items from a popular Korean shop

The temperature has dropped and the city is starting to feel like Christmas.

This time, we will introduce Christmas-only donuts from a popular Korean shop.

Korean donut and coffee shop BONTEMPS has released limited edition Christmas donuts!

BONTEMPS, a Korean coffee and donut chain, first arrived in Japan in December 2023. In April 2025, it opened a store at Riverwalk Kitakyushu in Kokurakita Ward, Kitakyushu City, marking its arrival in Kyushu.

This donut is a modern take on the traditional Korean snack "Kwabaegi" (twisted deep-fried donuts), and makes use of the natural sweetness of the ingredients, with no added sugar. Contrary to what you might imagine from its appearance, it has just the right amount of sweetness, a crispy outside, and a fluffy inside, making it easy to eat.

BONTEMPS will be releasing eight limited-edition Christmas donuts to brighten up the holiday season on November 20, 2025.

It is lavishly decorated with strawberries, chocolate, pistachios, and other ingredients, creating a gorgeous appearance reminiscent of a Christmas cake. Just picking it up will lift your spirits with this special menu item.
