This time, we will introduce the strawberry sweets buffet that will start at the Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk on Saturday, January 10, 2026.

[From January 10, 2026] Strawberry Sweets Buffet "Strawberry Heaven - The Beauty of an Angel in Love with Strawberries" to be held at Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk!

From Saturday, January 10th to Sunday, April 26th, 2026, the Brasserie & Lounge Seala on the 4th floor of the Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk will be hosting a strawberry sweets buffet called "Strawberry Heaven - The Beauty of an Angel in Love with Strawberries." The buffet is only available on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in January, and on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays from February to April.

The strawberry sweets buffet is popular every year, and this year's theme is "Angelcore," which has become popular among Gen Z in recent years. You can enjoy a fantastical and lovely world view with an angel motif.

The story of angels who fall in love with strawberries and become enchanted by their deliciousness and beauty is expressed through sweets made with plenty of strawberries and decorations with angel and wing motifs. You can enjoy around 20 kinds of strawberry sweets in a world that is both aesthetic and ephemeral.

The admission fee is 5,200 yen for adults (13 years and over) and 3,500 yen for those aged 6 to 12. Students aged 13 and over can get a 500 yen discount by making a reservation through the official website and showing their student ID!

Raphael's Treasure

This Charlotte cake is made with strawberry mousse and decorated with white chocolate flakes resembling angel wings, fresh strawberries, and heart-shaped macarons. It is inspired by Raphael, the angel of healing.
