This time, we will introduce a restaurant in Kin Town, Nishi Ward, Fukuoka City where you can enjoy authentic steaks and hamburgers.
We'd really like to keep this a secret! "Original_Standard Steak & Hamburger" is a meat specialty restaurant served on an American school bus (Kin, Nishi Ward, Fukuoka City)
Original_Standard Steak & Hamburger is located in a residential area, about a 10-minute drive from Jiromaru Station on the Nanakuma Subway Line. Opened in June 2024, this restaurant prides itself on its steaks and hamburgers.

Extremely satisfying! Exquisite steak and hamburger steak with plenty of volume
This time, I ordered the "Steak Plate" (2,500 yen) and the "Hamburger Plate" (2,500 yen). Both come with rice, salad, and soup.

After much trial and error with various cuts of beef, they decided to use rib roast because it offers a variety of textures.

The accompanying cherry tomatoes, shishito peppers, corn, and king oyster mushrooms are vibrantly colored, adding to the flavor and adding a touch of elegance.
Thinly sliced potatoes and layered with cheese like a mille-feuille were also very delicious.

The peanut base is mixed with marmalade, making it more refreshing than you'd expect. It's sweet but has a clean aftertaste, and it could even be used as a salad dressing.
According to the owner, he wanted customers to eat a lot of meat, so he made it with the intention of creating a clean aftertaste so that it wouldn't leave a heavy feeling in the stomach. Due to its popularity, he is considering selling it for sale.

At first glance, the friendly owner seemed like the type to cook for a wild man, but he had carefully considered the balance of the food and the refreshing feeling after the meal, which made this contrast very appealing.
The restaurant has a casual atmosphere, but the food is authentic! I was very satisfied with the relaxing time I had in the natural surroundings.
