[Yakuin Lunch] A popular meal from an organic cafe featuring 13 delicious side dishes packed with vegetables (Fukuoka)

This time, we will introduce the popular lunch menu at a popular organic cafe in Yakuin, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City!
"and S organic," a cafe run by a yoga studio that serves carefully selected ingredients (Yakuin, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City)
"and S organic," located a one-minute walk from Nishitetsu Yakuin Station, opened in May 2022.

This cafe is run by the yoga studio "STRI," which has the theme of "beauty and health," and serves menus made with organic ingredients and vegetables (from Itoshima and Kyushu whenever possible), and made with no food additives and organic seasonings.

The owner, Yukari Nakamura, is also a yoga instructor. She says that the impetus for opening the cafe came from the fact that she often received inquiries about food from yoga class participants.
Furthermore, through raising her children, she became more conscious of "healthy food," and wanted to create a place where people who shared the same beliefs could come and enjoy themselves.
The restaurant has many repeat customers due to its commitment to the ingredients and their delicious food.

The interior of the restaurant is a stylish space with blue and gold as the main colors, and is said to be inspired by the Greek island of Santorini.

There's lots of greenery and it's extremely comfortable! It can be used for a variety of occasions, such as girls' nights, dates, and family get-togethers.

Limited quantity! "Small Plate Lunch Set" featuring healthy side dishes packed with organic vegetables and delicious mixed grain rice
The one I was looking forward to was the "Small Plate Lunch Set" (1,800 yen), which is available only during lunchtime (11:00-15:00) and is a limited edition item. Since its introduction in July 2025, it has been a hot topic, especially on social media!
In addition to rice and miso soup, you can enjoy 13 different side dishes of the day served on small plates. On this day, the dishes included carrot namul, macaroni salad, grilled salmon, eggplant with miso, stir-fried burdock root, hijiki seaweed, simmered radish, homemade organic pickled mustard greens, chilled tofu, sunny lettuce salad, omelet, grated yam, and spinach dressed with sesame dressing.
The colors are vibrant and it really lifts your spirits!

All the side dishes have a mild flavor and are so delicious that you'll want to eat them every day. What was impressive was that I didn't feel thirsty after eating!
You can choose between white rice or mixed grain rice. We recommend the mixed grain rice! It has a chewy texture, is satisfying to eat, and leaves you feeling full for a long time.

The miso soup is made with miso that is free of food additives. It contains root vegetables, wakame seaweed, and mushrooms, and is full of ingredients that make it very satisfying! It has a mild, mild flavor with little saltiness.

One of the most recommended items is the shop's original brand coffee bag "Go organic! Assort box (15 bags assorted)" (4,000 yen).
We use organically grown beans, and the aroma of freshly roasted and ground beans is trapped inside the pack.
There are 15 bags in total, five of each of the three types: "Colombia," which tastes like bitter chocolate; "Peru," which is sweet like brown sugar; and "Decaf," which is fruity and has almost all of the caffeine removed.
