This time, we will introduce an izakaya in Uomachi, Kokurakita Ward, Kitakyushu City that is recommended for seafood lovers.

"Seafood Sushi Dog Izakaya Uoism Kokura Ekimae Branch" is located on the second floor of a building, a three-minute walk from JR Kokura Station.
Take the elevator at the back to the second floor.

In addition to counter seats, the restaurant is also equipped with semi-private and private rooms (seats approximately 80) where you can enjoy your meal without worrying about being seen by others. Large banquets can be accommodated for up to 100 people.

A must-try for social media♡ Try the recommended menu
The restaurant offers a wide variety of menu items, including its specialty hand-rolled sushi "Sushi Dog" (200-380 yen), as well as seafood dishes made with fresh seafood delivered directly from the market.
Don't miss the wide selection of photogenic dishes that are a feast for the eyes, such as the "Referee Crab" (980 yen), which is a crab shell topped with plenty of seafood, including shredded crab meat, and the "Tender and Melty Yukhoe" (980 yen).

A luxurious assortment of sashimi
The "Luxurious Sashimi Platter" (1,980 yen) features six types of sashimi: tuna, salmon, flounder, amberjack, sea bream, and yellowtail. It looks gorgeous and luxurious!

Sushi Dog
"Sushi Dog" is sushi sandwiched between seaweed like a hot dog. There are 10 varieties in total.
Pictured, from left, are "Sea Bream with Condiments" (300 yen), "Grilled Amberjack with Grated Daikon Radish" (300 yen), and "Onion Salmon" (300 yen).

It looks stylish and is sure to get the crowd excited! With red vinegar rice and fresh ingredients, the taste is of course impeccable.
Grilled Salmon with Grated Salmon Roe
"Grilled Salmon with Salmon Roe" (980 yen) is grilled salted salmon topped with salmon roe and grated daikon radish.

The salmon is plump and perfectly seasoned with salt! The salmon roe and grated daikon radish make it a refreshing dish.
Salmon rare cutlet
The cross section of the "Salmon Rare Cutlet" (980 yen) is vibrant.

The batter is crispy and the salmon inside is juicy! You can enjoy the different textures, and it goes perfectly with the mellow tartar sauce.

The striking "Unamikanai Tamago" (980 yen) is a rolled omelet topped with eel.

The rolled omelet is filled with plenty of dashi stock and is bouncy, and when eaten with the thick, sweet and spicy eel, it's twice as delicious!

Super delicious potato salad
Even the standard izakaya menu item, potato salad, is served in the Uoism style.
The "Super Delicious Potato Salad" (680 yen) is topped with paprika powder and tempura flakes, which works wonders!

This super creamy potato salad is irresistible with its soft, runny, soft-boiled egg.
Serious Crab Cream Croquettes
We also recommend the "Real Crab Cream Croquette" (880 yen), which uses plenty of crab.

It's a luxurious dish topped with crab roe and shredded crab meat. It's piping hot, freshly fried, and the batter is crispy! The cream inside is very creamy, and it's a delicious dish that really shows the restaurant's commitment to its food.

Towering giant fried shrimp
A must-order dish is the "Towering Giant Fried Shrimp" (850 yen).

The glass was filled with plenty of tartar sauce and salmon roe. The fried shrimp was so big it was difficult to lift it with chopsticks! It was a voluminous and luxurious dish.
Juicy shrimp with mayonnaise
The "Puri Puri Shrimp Mayo" (880 yen) has an irresistible plump texture.

It was topped with a generous amount of mellow aurora sauce and was very satisfying to eat.
Grilled Wagyu beef sushi
Seafood isn't the only popular dish. The grilled Wagyu beef sushi (250 yen per piece) is also a must-try.

The meat had a melt-in-your-mouth texture and the delicious flavor spread throughout your mouth, making it feel like you could eat several pieces.
Baked Camembert Cheese with Yuzu Honey
A must-try for cheese lovers is the "Baked Camembert Cheese with Yuzu Honey" (680 yen).

The surface is fragrant and the cheese inside is melty and delicious! We recommend eating it with plenty of yuzu syrup.

Dessert is also a must at the end of the meal. We ordered "Vanilla Ice Cream" (350 yen) and "Matcha Warabi" (480 yen).

In addition to the a la carte menu, there are five other course meals available, including the most popular "Enjoy Course" (6,000 yen), which includes 9 dishes and 2 hours of all-you-can-drink, and the "SNS Course" (3,500 yen), which includes 7 dishes perfect for posting on social media.
