In Fukuoka, there was a pop-up shop in Shintencho until February 2025, but this is the first time it has been there since then.

The store stocks everything from standard Hokkaido souvenirs to local foods familiar to Hokkaido residents.

First up is "Northman," a famous Hokkaido confectionery made of red bean paste wrapped in pie crust. You might imagine it comes in a box, but here you can buy it individually wrapped, making it perfect for those who just want to try it out.
